Dickerson Heating & Air

House was not heating properly. Turned out my thermostat was not working correctly and needed a new one. Jacob, my service person, installed a new one and explained exactly how to use it, both for heating and air conditioning. Jacob was super, extremely patient and answered all my questions. Also, hats off to Maddie (?) the receptionist/time scheduler, she was great. Don’t hesitate to call Dickerson with any HVAC issues, they are wonderful!!!

I called Dickerson based on a referral I had received. I was able to get a technician out to do a routine service on my heater 2 days after I called to ask about their maintenance subscription. Jacob was on time, courteous and thoroughly checked out my HVAC system. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Dickerson to family and friends.

Dickerson has always been great. We have been using them for over 6 years on recommendation of prior homeowners who had used them for over 20 years. We had Dickerson replace one of our A/c units as well as perform semiannual maintenance. All their technicians Cody, Jacob and Charles that have come to the house have been very professional and proactive about recommending maintenance items without any sales pressure being applied.

Jacob & his apprentice Joseph were here today to assess my A/C unit. They were so professional & a breath of fresh air to see young men working hard to earn a living! Jacob was very thorough & gave me several options to choose from ... very knowledgeable & explained everything in detail. They did a super job here & represented your company in a way you should be very proud! Thank you for my excellent service today!

Alan & Thomas came out the very next day to install our new a/c unit, very professional & did an excellent job; answered all my questions, & gave me good advise on keeping unit clean & performing well. You guys are awesome, & the quick turnaround for getting our house cool again was great! Jacob is AWESOME!!!! He has been to our old house several times and I was so happy when we added service to our new address, he was the tech that came first. I wanted to take a minute to brag on the team at Dickerson Heating & A/C. This company has always been there when I was in need of any heating or air conditioning work. The entire staff from the office personnel to the service techs. have always provided professional service from start to finish. Alex and David were instrumental in helping to resolve a recent air conditioning problem at my in-laws residence. My father in-law has breathing issues and cannot be without air conditioning and thanks to David and Alex he didn’t have to wait long for these repairs. The service we had was excellent from Dickerson last week. We were called when they were on the way that morning and then at 30 min. out. He was very polite and made us feel comfortable plus a picture was sent so we knew who was arriving. The work was was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Jacob explained everything that he had done. We replaced 2 parts and explained what they were.

We have been long-time customers of Dickerson, and we have always appreciated their professional, timely, and thorough approach to servicing our AC/Heating systems through the years. Trevor came out today, and he was very thoughtful, courteous, thorough, and professional. He also showed up at the door wearing a mask, and we appreciated him doing that for his safety and ours.

They did an amazing job ! My vents are so clean, I feel confident in the air quality of my home now. The technicians were polite, respectful and efficient. They cleaned behind themselves, so there was no mess. I highly recommend Dickerson Heating & Air, a family owned business that really cares .
