We needed all new HVAC for our home in Powder Springs. After calling the “big guys” in town and getting outrageous quotes and arrogant attitudes, it was so refreshing to talk to David with Dickerson H&A. He gave us a good quote and the installation was scheduled for the next week. Alex and Tom did the install and we could not have asked for a more thorough, professional install than we received. Excellent service all the way around from the “local guys” and highly recommend. If you are in their service area, these are the guys to call!

Our furnace stopped working from one day to the other. During this COVID-19 mess I was afraid I might not find a good repair service but boy was I wrong. I called Dickerson and I was scheduled for the same day!!! Jacob came out and did not leave until the problem was solved, great guy! Even the price was amazing! Dickerson is my go to company now for all heating & air appliance issues! Dont think twice, call em!

Jacob did a great job of repairing my condensation pump for a reasonable price. Job took less than an hour.

This time, Jacob checked my coils, flame, and other elements and found all was in good order.

I cannot give them enough stars! They put in my new system in June and then when I needed my damper system replaced I tried to save some money by using my home warranty. Town lake heating and air charged me $490 for parts, came out and broke part of my existing system and never responded or came to my house again.
I contacted Dickerson heating and air and the technicians Joseph and Thomas repaired my system including the part broken by Townlake quickly and professionally. They left no mess and I was charged a very fair price.
I’ll never use anyone else.

Alex & Thomas with Dickerson Heat & Air were timely, polite and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about two terrible HVACs we inherited in a home purchase. I highly recommend them and will be continuing to be using their service! Quality care all round! Also Trevor who did the HVAC service on my own home - was excellent and spotted a near failing piece of equipment, easy fix. I use them for all our real estate queries too and they have been very generous and correct with their advice.

Updated for 2020 - Jacob has been out to my house multiple times for multiple issues (all related to the original installation or equipment failure) and is always fantastic. I have been using Dickerson for the past 9 years for maintenance, repairs and a new install in 2 different homes and they never disappoint.

We were referred by a good friend, and now know why she speaks so highly of Dickerson Heating & Air! Alex and Jacob were here in less than 24-hours to work on our AC. Alex was so thorough in explaining what the issues were with our units. My husband and I actually UNDERSTOOD what was wrong, what our options were and what the future was for our units. We didn’t feel like we were being “taken advantage of” due to our lack of AC experience like we did when a “larger” company was here a few weeks ago telling us we need to buy a new unit today because with covid there might not be any left by the end of the summer. Instead, Alex and Jacob worked the problem, found a solution, talked to us like adults (lol) without making us feel stupid, and made the fact that we will probably be buying new units in the next 2 years not sting as much (oh, and my dog has a new BFF in Jacob!). We will definitely be calling Dickerson back when that time comes!

I used Dickerson Heating and Air for repairs to my HVAC system and am absolutely thrilled with their service. The scheduler was very friendly and the technician was professional and thorough - taking time to explain the issue (and cause). All repairs were done in a timely and quality manner, with costs fully explained and agreed-to up front. Do yourself a favor and call Dickerson for your HVAC system and repair needs. No need to pay for the overhead and advertising built in to the rates charged by the larger firms. I give Dickerson my highest recommendation.

Had Dickerson out to service 2 units and they were great. Joshua was very professional and honest about the process and the few issues I had with the units. Was able to fix them the same day. Had tried using Amazon services to schedule another company but after two no-show appts I tried Dickerson. They were on time and the technology for appt reminders and, scheduling just worked. Will definitely use again!
