Jacob was professional and knowledgeable on my system. so much so that I dropped my previous HVAC service provider and will go with Dickerson for all future HVAC maintenance. Also, they are closer to my location.

Showed up when we really needed them and quickly! The problem was fixed in under an hour and cost was low. We just had a basement flood which will cost 100k to fix, so this was a pleasant surprise! Thank you!

Awesome company. Great communication. They called when on the way, as well as an email with a picture of the tech so you know who to expect. Jacob Queen was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing, as well as all my options. I have a very old Heat Pump(prob over 30yrs old) but was never pressured to upgrade or replace. He was able to fix my current unit, as well as give me pricing should we decided to upgrade. Will definitely call them again if needed.

Dickerson Heating and Air has provided consistently great service. We have the same technician who services our home and he is always kind and professional. We had a heating/air unit installed and they did not overcharge us. When there was an issue with one of the ducts, they fixed it quickly and at no cost.
However, what impressed me most is when they asked if they could come early for my service appointment in order to have to time to help an elderly woman without heat. I highly recommended this company!

Technician (Devon de Armon) arrived as scheduled, and had all needed equipment and parts to service 3 units, 2 of which needed some maintenance. Price was very fair, work and cleanup very professional. Would use service again, and request Devon.
