I hired Home Temp Solutions to do a variety of things for my home, including the replacement of my upstairs AC/Furnace with 4" filter, installation of two air scrubbers for each air handler, installation of new smart thermostats for each unit, and the installation of a dehumidifier.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The team was very professional and they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the end product. They showed up on time and communicated with us at each step in the process, making us feel very comfortable that they were meeting our expectations.

My heat unit went out on a Friday in the middle of the night. I am 91 years old. I called first thing Friday mornng and got Kurt on the phone. He was very helpful and confirmed that a repairman would be at my home between 2-3pm that afternoon. Dustine arrived after called and letting me know he was on the way and arrived just at 2pm. He was the most polite and helpful rpairman I have had the occassion to use. I would recommend Home Temp Solutions at any time. Our HVAC stopped cooling after hours on the hottest day of the year. Called Home Temp Solutions prepared to leave a message and was shocked when the owner actually answered. He dispatched Dustin Anderson (Red) within 24 hours. He diagnosed the start run capacitor and inspected the entire system. Red told us our HVAC was in great shape. Just needed the capacitor replaced. He had it up and running in minutes. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Home Temp Solutions is who we will call for our HVAC needs!

The entire team that’s been involved with my heating system repair has been nothing short of “awesome”! They arrived timely (the next day) when my new system stopped working and even though it wasn’t fixed on that first day due to parts needed, I never felt that they would abandon the job, and they didn’t. Open lines of communication always and I’m extremely pleased that my wife and I decided to join their maintenance program. This team is highly recommended!

After calling around to several different companies after hours. I called Kurt at Home Temp Solutions and he was able to come through. He knew exactly what the problem was and my capacitor on my AC unit outside was working again! I am looking forward to working with Kurt and his team for my indoor and outdoor AC units!

Our air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year along with a lot of other people's called Home Temp Solutions Kurt said he would have someone out in the morning Red showed up early that morning went right to work and got it fixed. Thanks for the great service.
