Very thorough and explained everything, including one out of code issue that is not dangerous but would come up in an inspection.

We have used A-team for years, awesome service and value. They saved us a lot on our mini-split and AC units.

Service was good and A/C technician was on time. He found the problem quickly and replaced defected part.

Heber did a thorough job of maintenance and also instructed me on how to care for my unit. He gave me valuable tips that will be so helpful.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time and took the time to talk with me and explain what he had done to our A/C unit. Fantastic company with great service.

Watched this idiot drive into my subdivision, pull up behind my home and proceed to shamelessly urinate in the bushes. Then the technician (arm cast and all) got back in his van and drove across the street to provide hvac service to my neighbor. This was disrespectful, unprofessional and just plain backwoods behavior I will not tolerate in Roswell ga. Giving them 1 star because I can’t rate them any lower.

I've has several HVAC companies do repairs and service in the past, but none of them were as professional and technically competent as the A-Team. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
