Fantastic company to work with. I had an issue with my heat pump and Greg came out immediately to isolate. Initially thought that I was going to have to purchase a new system but Greg spent the time to troubleshoot and found my issue was only a loose wire. He fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Really appreciate the great service as well as the ethical and honest nature of their work.

I have had great service with A Team Services. They installed a new attic furnace and were careful to clean up after installation. I also use their service plan to keep my HVAC equipment in top working order. Prices are very competitive and technicians are friendly and professional.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They called to alert me that they were coming and arrived on time. The owner, Rodney, came himself the first day to assess my needs. It was obvious to me why I had received two referrals from neighbors after meeting with him. His technician represented himself and his company in the very same way. I wasn't home and left the house open for him. He let me know when he arrived and when he left. And when I got home, our house was cool! Technicians say the furnace have to be change and give me an estimate about $2,500+ I called another company at the same day they came night time say however look at it lifts the light ignition unsecured and could be cause a fire 2-nothing wrong with the furnace is just something need to be clean up and adjust and they just asked for a visit fee money no extra charge now everything is working fine. very disappointed about the service company I called early that morning they even double charging me the visit by mistake. Very pleased with the customer service and responsiveness! Called after hours last night and the technician chatted with me about my AC. The next day they came out, helped give me some options based on a quote we got earlier from another company, replaced our unit, and got our ac up and running. Awesome and great prices!

When it came to replacing our HVAC system, Greg was the guy to do it with A-team. He was super responsive, walked us through the whole process, was on time and went above and beyond, as our old system left some problems for install of the new system. He came out a few days before to measure and make sure all materials were ready to go on our install date. He made this process easy and did it at a very competitive price.

Andre, the HVAC technician from A-Team Services, came over on October 17. He checked the entire HVAC system, and provided a tune-up. Andre was very thorough, recorded all the necessary measurements, and explained what he was doing. I found him to be quite informative, helpful, and friendly. The service that Andre provided was comprehensive, thorough, and very professional. Andre was a pleasure to deal with, and certainly is a valuable asset to A-Team Services.

I've been dealing with A-Team for many years, from installation to general service. Their folks are knowledgeable and professional. Yesterday's service call was for the fall tuneup and installation of a rather complex thermostat on a heat pump. Jeff figured it all out and the system is working perfectly.
