I had one of those don't think about it till it's an emergency moments. Phil scheduled immediately and even called to let me know when his previous appt. had run over. He came in, took care of business and had a full explanation for my unit's problem and for concerns down the road. He didn't try to inflate, instead educate. I will use him for maintenance and when the time comes to replace the unit. I will also recommend his services to everyone I know. Refreshing to find someone who understands good business is to do it right, and also have a great attitude. Five stars!

Absolutely horrible home inspector. Missed that our home was infested with cockroaches. Missed that we had a water intrusion issue. Missed that we had electrical issues, with bad breakers, bad 4 way light switches. This meat head found nothing that I didn't know about already. He was arrogant and conceited. Bragged about how good he was, but missed all sorts of important stuff. I would not recommend him or Georgia Spec to anyone.

I called GeorgiaSpec and was scheduled a 10 am appointment on July 7th. The technician showed up right on time at 10 am. He was able to quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. He first replaced the dead capacitor and with further diagnostic testing discovered the compressor as the cause of the failed capacitor. He was able bypass the compressor issue as a temporary solution to replacing the unit. He also added some refrigerant to the unit, and they have one of the cheapest rates for refrigerant per pound. I learned a lot about my AC that day, including air flow issue that was caused by failed damper control. As of today, my AC is still running strong under the intense hot humid weather that we been having the last several days. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

I would highly recommend GeorgiaSpec! I called them at 9am and Phil was at my home at 10am. He identified the problem quickly and got it resolved! I will definitely use them again for my future needs!

I had a great experience. Phil was a great guy who was honest and upfront about what I needed. He was also able to squeeze me in the same day I called, which on a 90 degree day was worth alot!
