Great customer service! We called another AC repair company and they told us that we would have to wait 3 days. We decided to call GeorgiaSpec and they fixed our unit the same day we called. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Prompt, professional, personable and honest. Setting my appointment online was easy and convenient. Phil got everything running correctly, explained what he was doing and instructed me as to how to perform some of the steps to avoid trouble in the future. I scheduled an appointment the next week for my upstairs unit the was malfunctioning and rather than easily charge me for another service call he instructed me what too do over the phone and his steps worked! I got estimates from several businesses to replace my heat pump and AC. Phil not only pointed out things other techs had missed, but explained what he would do differently and why. They installed my system quickly, and did a professional job. Phil has been helpful every step of the way. Will do business again, though hopefully nothing major for a while.

GeorgiaSpec performed work on our HVAC system on our first home and was very honest and upfront on the issues and cost to repair. When we sold that home, they performed the inspection on our new home. GeorgiaSpec is a great company with great people. We will continue to use them going forward in the future.

I called Phil on Sunday morning after having issues with my AC unit. I diagnosed it as either electrical/zoning board, or bad transformer issues. I described the problem to him over the phone. He came the same day around 230 per my request and fixed it within 15 minutes. He also gave me tips and schooled me on things that previous HVAC guys did that wasn't appropriate.

This is the best in the business. Did what he said he would do. Didn't cost a fortune to replace my A/C unit. Showed up on time. Explained everything so I could understand. I called other service people and could not even get them to come out or even call me back. GeorgiaSpec will take care of you! Phil is the only one I will call if I need service.

We had Georgia Spec out today (Sunday) because our unit quit cooling us yesterday. We were very pleased with the level of service, professionalism, and knowledge that they brought to the table.

Not only did they provide service with a smile, they provided the good, bad, and ugly of what might happen to our unit in the future and how we could properly run our heat pump to maintain the life of it as long as possible.

As I told them today, I will keep their number handy for when we do need future service or if we need to recommend to a friend.

Very happy with Phil and his team. They installed a new heat pump at our house and did a great job. He is very thorough and explained the complexities of HVAC so we felt comfortable with everything. They went above and beyond during the install and he even offered additional tips that I can DIY to improve the system. Trustworthy, reliable contractors are so hard to find. At least now my HVAC needs are covered!
