American Comfort Heating and Cooling

American Comfort installed 2 AC units when we built our new home. We have been on spring and fall maintenance with them, which they always schedule when convenient for us. They are conscious of our dogs and wear protective covers on their shoes.
They came out recently to install a damper and bypass for a new zone for more efficiency in the summer months. We got a great discount because we combined it with our scheduled service. They stand behind their work and are always professional.

The AC at my rental home went out in the heat of Atlanta summer. Bill and all the American Comfort team was super responsive and quick in getting me an affordable estimate and then quickly installing the new systems. Thanks for helping to keep my home cooled and my tenants happy.

Nate was great to work with…friendly, honest, professional. Work was scheduled and done exactly as promised. Great job by the installation crew. Would definitely recommend American Comfort to anyone.

Showed up several hours ahead of schedule without calling first. Said condensation line blocked $189 to cut and replace, $189 to drain pan. $$ this should not have cost $380. When asked about trying to clear it, said it was too clogged. Said had to do this to get the ac to work. Called back after cleared line and said capacitor had to be replaced. Another $289. Cant prove it but system shut down due to clogged condensation line, not capacitor. Grateful for the quick response, feel taken advantage of and ripped off for the cost and what and how it was repaired. Also, technician insisted I pay directly after job complete but no prior arrangements were made to that affect with the office. I said I would pay office directly once I received invoice via email. He wrote back and said , no, office said to pay him directly. When invoice came in, there was link to pay, so I did that. Wanna discuss me taking down this honest review?, the office, not the technician, can contact me about making me reasonable credit for this overcharge.

I have been working with American comfort for several years now and will continue to do so for several more. They are very professional and stand behind their work. You can trust them to do what they say they’re going to do and make it right if something ever goes wrong.

American Comfort Heating and Air did the replacements of my three HVAC systems a little over a year ago and I've been using them for maintenance ever since. They are a great company to work with.

The team was very responsive and extremely courteous. I needed to replace my condo's 20+ HVAC and I had been dreading the project for months. Lewis responded to my text immediately and scheduled a visit to my condo within 48 hours. After looking at the very small interior where the new unit would go, and listening to my concerns about accidents (I live on the top floor and any minor slip up could result in an accidental flooding of the floors below me) as well as my wanting to change the way the new HVAC would be installed for easier access, he came up with a model and unit to fit perfectly. His team arrived early on the day scheduled to install (after checking with me first) and were done in a few hours! Amazing! A great price, an even better 10 year warranty and I no longer have to think about this project. They took care of it all. Hire this company if you want it done right to set your mind at ease.
