There is NOTHING worse than your AC not working in the summertime in North GA. I have needed GA Spec's services on 4 separate occasions. Each time, I found the technician to be timely, knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and dependable. Each time my issue was resolved, and I felt like I was treated fairly. I would highly recommend GA Spec to anyone needing HVAC service.

Woke up this morning to our system not working called and able to get appointment for time I needed this afternoon. Phil came and was super great and friendly. My husband was working who know about all the filters and stuff in our house so I did not know much but Phil did not make me feel bad or stupid for that. Phil very nice and showed me how things worked and gave me advice for the future and prolonging of our device. Def will use him again!

Phil with Georgia Spec has been our go to HVAC guy for years. In March of this year his team replaced one of our HVAC systems and today we had our other HVAC system replaced. GeorgiaSpec has serviced my A/C and furnace over the past 2 years. Phil is extremely responsive and usually ready to come out earlier than I'd expect.

The first visit was to service my A/C shortly after purchasing my house. It's the original installed unit so Phil suggested a chemical cleaning to go along with the repair originally contacted about. Sure enough, there was all kinds of filth that came off that unit. He also gave great maintenance tips for the upkeep to keep calls to a minimum.

The second visit was towards the end of last winter when my furnace wouldn't like. Phil came out and said he could tweak the offending part and get it working but he could guarantee how long it would last and said the correct solution would be a replacement of the part. He told me up front he's seen it last a couple of days to several months. Being so close to the end of winter, he was willing to get the existing part working and sure enough it worked for about a month before the furnace wouldn't lit again. It was all good though as the weather started warming up.

The third visit was this winter to replace the broken furnace part previously mentioned. The heat puts out like a champ! Too bad this winter has been pretty mild for the most part but the heat has been great on those freezing nights.

Bottom line, Phil has been a straight shooter on each visit. He's always set proper expectations and his work has never been faulty for me. Definitely my go to guy for any future needs which I hope aren't any until I'm ready to replace both units.

I have been so pleased with the service I've received, over the past couple of years, with Georgia Spec. When I call them they are there quickly to fix my problem. I feel they are honest and trust them completely. I have recommended Georgia Spec to friends and anyone else who askes about HVAC service. On a scale from 1-10 I give them an 11!!

I called Georgia Spec about one of my units making a noise. What I appreciated most was the fact that the technician tried to help me locate the issue over the phone to see if it was something I could fix myself. I was unable to find what was causing the unit to be so noisy so I made an appointment with Georgia Spec to come out. Within 30 seconds of his arrival the technician was able to find the problem and fix it immediately. Due to it being such a minimal issue he didn't even charge me for his time. In addition, I had him look at another issue I had with some air flow problems in one of the upstairs rooms. Rather than try to sell me something I don't need he offered me some alternatives to help solve the problem to see if it could be fixed without spending additional money. I would definitely recommend Georgia Spec to everyone.

This morning I called Georgia Spec inquiring about an inspection of my HVAC because I had a feeling something was wrong since my electricity bill shot up out of nowhere! Phil came a couple hours later and was so thorough and explained everything so well to me who doesn’t know much about HVACs. He also is very honest and didn’t try to charge me for a ton of things and even threw in a couple things free of charge which was really appreciated. I look forward to replacing my HVAC with Georgia Spec!

I was apprehensive about calling an HVAC company to come out to take a look at my system to see why it has been freezing up after years of hearing horror stories about shady HVAC companies. I am so glad that I chose Georgia Spec to come out. They were flexible with appointment times, and showed up on time for the appointment. Phil showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem (dirty coil and low refrigerant) and explained to me how that happens and how to prevent it in the future. He then did a great job cleaning the coil, topping off the refrigerant, and he stuck around to make sure everything was working smoothly before he left. He was clean and efficient in his work and he explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Georgia Spec was also very fair on price and I was very glad to have my AC blowing cold again. It was very satisfying to have a positive experience after hearing about all of the HVAC horror stories. It is also comforting to know that now I have someone that I trust to come into my home and treat my family right with any future HVAC issues.

It's rare when things like customer service, skilled expertise, fair pricing and reliability come together. This is the case with Georgia Spec.
