Had an issue with my down stairs not cooling as good as it had. The tech came out and not only fixed the issue, but gave me some tips as well as teaching me more about how the unit works. I really appreciated the way they handle business and will be signing up for their maintenance plan.

At the time I didn’t know it and purchased off what I thought was the best brand name. Fast forward to 4 years in the future. He was 100% correct and I purchased a unit from another company that has had multiple issues and simply won’t keep up. I should have followed his advice, he was the only one out of 4 companies that quoted that gave me the best advice. Hard for me to admit it. But he was 100% honest and I recommend him. I’ve learned a very costly and valuable lesson. The brand name doesn’t matter as much as the installation and the knowledge of the HVAC professional. Call him first.

When Phil left, the system was running in top shape. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I will definitely use GeorgiaSpec again!

From start to finish Georgia Spec did a phenomenal job. These guys showed up right on time, were transparent and extremely professional, diagnosed the problem, explained the repair and associated cost and promptly got to work and fixed the problem. Excellent service. Broken AC in Georgia in July. I called at 8:15 this morning. Phil (the owner) was here at 9:30. By 10:15 he had headed out and I have cool air at a fair price. Georgia Spec now occupies the HVAC tab in my contacts.

Georgia Spec is our go-to heating and air service provider. We moved into our house 8 years ago and discovered we had a pretty bad heating and air system. They have made emergency calls, yearly check ups, and everything in-between. I have never received bad service with Georgia Spec. I also greatly appreciate that they take the time to not only resolve our issues, but explain them to us and educate us on simple things we can do to avoid having the same problems come up again. Phil surprised me with how efficient he was when coming to repair my AC unit because it stopped working. He gave me good information about my unit and also was very affordable and cared about what is right for me financial to resolve the problem. Phil's work was outstanding.
