Phil is the man! Came out to my house, after previously servicing the house when we bought it last year, and gave me some great advice on maintaining and keeping my hvac system in proper working order. Finding an honest, reputable contractor is a diamond in the rough, and Phil and his company are dependable and professional. I was very pleased with both the service and price for a new HVAC installation. I wasn't pressured at all and I felt like the owner/technician was very honest. The one hang-up was that they don't do financing, which is somewhat inconvenient, but the price was so good we managed to work things out.

For the last 15 years, I have always the HVAC systems serviced twice a year from larger companies. At my old house, I regularly changed companies that provided that service because they were constantly trying to sell me products and services that I did not need. I was also frustrated that it would often take weeks to get a technician to my house. When I moved out here, I switched to only supporting small local businesses. I promptly signed up with GeorgiaSpec based on reviews. I have not been disappointed. Each time I have called them, I've been able to get prompt service....even when my system is working.....even in peak season. I have had this same experience 3 times now over the last year. The gentleman that has been out to my house each time is very knowledgeable and does not try to sell me anything I don't need.

Would give GeorgiaSpec more than 5 stars if possible. They are professional, knowledgeable and VERY prompt in responding to SOS calls. We appreciate their fantastic customer service!!!

The person that came to help us was very kind and professional. He gave us honest recommendations not trying to overcharge us for something that could be simply fixed. He showed me what the problem was and explained it well. He also showed me how to keep up maintenance myself to save money.

We needed a new HVAC. Our old system had many issues besides not working correctly. It wasn't set up correctly, etc. Phil and GeorgiaSpec took great care of us. Made everything right. Went above and beyond in customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!

GeorgiaSpec is the most highly recommended HVAC Company in our neighborhood. Phil is extreme knowledgeable and we would not use anyone else. We recently had to replace one of our units. Phil walked me through all options and also explained Jackson EMC rebate available. They did the most professional installation I have seen and it works great! Don’t use anyone else!

I have no words to convey our appreciation to Phil and GeorgiaSpec for his professionalism, integrity, skill and customer service. We bought a 20 year home that had a sorely neglected HVAC system. From chopped and hacked mismatched parts, to broken ducts, leaks and severe mold. We had multiple top HVAC professionals offer a bid to replace both our AC unit and furnace. GeorgiaSpec came in right in the middle of pricing with our desired Rheem product. So clearly, they are priced fairly and competitively. What I could not imagine is the incredible level of skill and impeccable customer service we would receive by hiring this company. From the initial inspection, Phil took great time and detail to explain everything to me so that I understood what was going on with my current system. I also was having car trouble, sidenote, that he helped me locate some information on and saved me a trip and extra money from not having to go down to the car dealership. The day of the installation he arrived promptly on time. He was always respectful to take his shoes off when he was in the house. He and his co installer rebuilt my entire system, ductwork included. It does not even look like the same attic. I was completely blown away by the new system. I had to leave before they were finished, and when I arrived home, they had meticulously cleaned the interior and exterior of my home where they were working. We had an issue later on the install day at 9 o’clock at night with the thermostat. I called Phil and he did not hesitate to come out immediately on a Friday night and resolve the issue without question. You cannot get integrity and customer service like this anywhere these days.
