All of the associates including Preston, Zach, and Brad have been amazing and so helpful. My husband and I just moved a new home and our inspector was aweful(missed a lot of major things including a grounded hvac system) and the staff at Clout has made this horrible mess turn I to something manageable and stress free. We had to replace both of our systems but my husband and I are beyond satisfied especially knowing in the future we have peace of mind. I would highly reconmend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

Brad Fisher was the technician that arrived to my home for the servicing of my HVAC units. Brad was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Very willing to answer all my questions. I don’t leave reviews however, the decision to use Clout was based off of reviews I read online. I’ve always put my HVAC units on service contracts, the previous companies I’ve used on other homes, not even close to the service I received from Brad and Clout, one major difference, no upsell, first time ever. Well done folks!

Technician showed up on time. Explained repair and showed how to install new filter when needed. Cleaned up job site when finished. Would not hesitate to use this Company in the future. Highly recommend!

We needed a last-minute HVAC inspection at the end of our due diligence period for a home were purchasing, and Clout came through! Despite being super busy, Aisha was coordinate an expert to come out and do a diagnostic same day when every other HVAC service told me they couldn’t do it! Seriously can’t speak to how great the service was here. Highly recommend!

CLOUT performed my AC/Heat Pump seasonal tune up on 4/19/2022. I was told there’s a small AC leak and given that the system is 16 years old it should be replaced. I had NO problem with that diagnosis based on the age of the system. My problem is the I was not provided with paperwork afterwards, additionally I requested a quote to replace the system. It’s been several weeks now I’ve made at least 4-5 calls requesting the paperwork for the call and the quote. As of today NOTHING! Given the lack of responsiveness I wouldn’t want a system installed by CLOUT. How could I possibly expect CLOUT to follow up after installation? I can’t even get a receipt for a tune up. It all makes me very suspicious. 🤨🤨🤨

Wadi did a great job diagnosing and fixing our AC issue. When he didn’t have one of necessary parts for the repair, his manager was quick to bring it by while he did the rest of the work. In and out in about an hour!

William German handled our seasonal A/C checkup quickly and professionally.
He also answered questions clearly and provided information about work we may need to have done eventually.

8/26/22 update:
Today Zach and Joe came to install a new A/C coil. They were punctual, professional and courteous.
