I've been using Clout for 3 years now. I am a renter but, I deal with all of the home's services, techs, etc. Clout and Zach McKay in particular have been awesome!
Long story short, the place I rent had a HVAC unit that was about 20-30 years old. For 2 years Zach & Clout kept the antiquated machine running. Unfortunately the aforementioned unit met its demise this summer (record heats).
The Clout team was there with a new HVAC unit designed to meet our needs. They tweeted the old out-of-date system and in 2 days time had our house feeling cooler than ever!
Clout's services have been excellent and professional! We have nothing but praise for all of there employees we have had the pleasure to interact with from, Zach McKay's service and maintenance to William German's system sales & updates, up to the two tech that expediently installed our new system within an 8hr day, Clout has been aces! Zach McKay and the Clout Heating and Air Team did a great job, replacing our old heating and air conditioning system with modern, efficient systems. They work extremely hard and were very knowledgeable and responsive.

Brad knows his stuff. We had an issue after install, so they came back and took care of it. We’ve got a little guest house we’re building now and can’t wait to bring them out to install a mini-split there. Highly recommend.

Best service of any kind we have used for our house. AC went out on a Saturday morning. They were here Saturday afternoon and fixed the issue within an hour. Will German was a pleasure to work with and super helpful. Highly recommend!

My service technician Zach was amazing. He was polite and professional in all interactions. I really appreciated how he explained what he was doing and why it was being done.
