Tuxedo Mechanical & Plumbing

Just wanted to share a great experience I had with Tuxedo Plumbing. My garbage disposal & kitchen sink were clogged & backing up. I called in the morning & by mid afternoon Nick & Jake were there & fixed it in less than half an hour. They would’ve been there sooner if I hadn’t had a doctor’s appointment. The reviews I had read were right, great service for a great price with great people & will definitely use them again, (though of course I hope I don’t have to).

I was very happy with Tuxedo Plumbing. I have a leaking toilet with a super tight valve which I was not able to shut the water myself. I called Tuxedo for help. They were responsive and very professional. In addition to fixing the problem, they also explained to me which parts needed change and which was better to keep the original, despite the fact I asked them to change those and they could just simply make more money by doing what I asked. I would certainly recommend them.

Good people doing honest work for reasonable prices. Thanks for taking care of our water pressure issues and being easy to work with.

I called them and he called me back and facetimed me and helped me to fix it on my own. Instead of having them come out and spending a fortune I was walked through the steps to fix my water heater. I will definitely be using them in the future!
