Cool Max Inc.

After R.S. Andrews no-call/no-showed on me on May 19th then told me that the the soonest they could get a tech out would be mid-June (even though they screwed up), I called Cool Max and was able to get an appointment scheduled and a technician out within the week. From Julie working the phones, to Emily conducting the assessment, to Paul doing the work - this small, family oriented business far exceeded my expectations and put these larger HVAC companies, like R.S.A., to shame with their customer-first mentality.

I can't tell you how nice it was to call Cool Max, not have to wait on hold for 20-minutes, and have a wonderful conversation with someone who you could tell, actually enjoyed their jobs. The positivity between Emily and Paul was enough for me to know that this company really does care about their clients. Paul and his associate were able to fix my HVAC issue and it's never worked better since I've been in this property.

Nobody is paying me to post this nor has anyone prompted me to write this review but Cool Max has earned a spot on my proverbial speed dial from here on out. I refuse to use another HVAC service after the nightmare that these larger local HVAC companies put me through.

I cannot recommend this company enough!!! They were very much on board with trying to help you with your issue before they even got here. Emily was the best!! She found our issue and was able to fix it quickly. She explained the how and why and what I needed to be doing with my A/C units. Again if you want a genuine company that’s not going to overload you with fees and charges and will actually get the job done this is the company!

Emily came out and helped with fixing my AC unit. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on what needed to be done to the unit. She also fixed it within a timely manner. I will definitely continue to use the company for any future maintenance and repairs of my AC unit.

AC went out in July, and they came out same day! I had had two previous HVAC repair people, both whom didn't understand personal boundaries. One thought I was his therapist, the other followed me around and kept saying, "Can you find me a woman like you?" Let me tell you, Emily walking in the door was a breath of fresh air. She got our AC repaired that same day. And even though she had been paid in full, she still came back the next week to check a couple of things that she couldn't do that day because our unit was frozen.

Our air conditioner went out this week, Over the phone Cool Max was very professional and had somebody to us the next morning. Our first visit did not go as planned and we were looking at having to replace our whole unit. We made a phone call and they sent out another employee for a second opinion, thank goodness everything was ok and we did not have to replace out unit. The entire time they were great to work with and very professional, I would recommend them to anyone, they made a mistake, but owned up to it and made it right. That honesty is hard to find these days, most people would have just lied and let me replace the unit for a couple thousand dollars.

Emily has been out 2x to help me with my 11 year old condenser. She fixed a problem last month. Her service is amazing and she was just here fixing something small. Was a no charge fix and I highly recommend her and Cool Max!

I just had my unit fixed by Emily and everything is working perfectly again. Her and Paul are both incredible technicians. I have had other companies come out before and those companies just seem to rush through anything and throw the book at me without a detailed breakdown. So far so good with the Cool Max folks. No need to go anywhere else. Thank you guys!

Family owned small business. I've used Cool Max for almost 10 years. They're always fast to respond and go above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. Highly recommend!

First time user of Cool Max.....very impressed and would highly recommend using them!

My air conditioner was on the fritz on a Friday, AND the start of a 3 day weekend (July 4th). Needless to say, I had slim hopes of getting someone to come out that day especially since I'd already called a few places, all of which were booked til Sunday. I could not wait another minute with this heat.

The lady who took my call was extremely caring and said she could have someone come out my house that day! Just as she said would happen, Jason (tech) called me 30 min's before he arrived. He did a fantastic job (because I was no longer sweating to death) plus he was very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.

I will definitely be giving them a call the next time!
