Called Clockwork and they were at the house in 30 min. After inspection, Jesse sat down and went over everything in detail and showed pictures. Gave honest and reliable advice vs trying to sell me something I didn't need.

Way overpriced! Had home A/C tune up done. Technician was on-time, knowledgeable, and thorough. 5 ton unit needed less than 1 lb of freon R-22. Cost for the "phase 1" freon refill was $290 plus the $70 maintenance fee. Appears to be an extreme markup in pricing.

The Clockwork team paid attention to the details when installing my new Lennox HVAC system. The sheet metal work on the return air box is top notch. The outside unit is installed on a nice bed of gravel, leveled, and looks aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated them protecting my landscape as they moved their trucks in and out, and my carpet with shoe covers. Kudos to Clockwork!

They explained and showed me what was going on with my system, gave me options AND most important- peace of mind. My experience was not pleasant, the on call operator was very nice however the technician that was on call on 7/2/17 never called me. After waiting an hour I called back to make sure the correct number was given and the operater I spoke with that time confirmed the correct number and address, I asked if I would be getting a return call she told me yes, I told her because of the reveiws I seen online is why I chose this company but I did want to know if I would get a call the same day. The operater kindly said yes. Today is 7/3/2017 10:10am and still have not received a call back. I will not recommend this company to any one.

This was the most professional group I’ve worked with in a long time. Very efficient and on time. Job was completed on time and as promised. All team members were very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend this company.

I really appreciate these guys! (And gals.) They troubleshoot: show you what's wrong and explain why it needs fixing. They are fast, professional, and skilled. Bit more expensive than some but I learned a long time ago if you want something done right you need to be willing to pay for it.
