The technician that came to my house was very helpful. He showed me where my filter was (last year the technician that came out told me I didn’t have a filter which I thought was odd but I could never find it) and he showed me how to wash it. He also searched for a leak in my coolant line since I needed to add coolant but he couldn’t find a leak. He also checked to make sure the safety equipment worked so if my air conditioning unit began to flood it would automatically shut off to prevent my house from flooding. He was very thorough and seemed knowledgeable. I trusted their diagnosis and would recommend them to anyone. The company I work for also uses them.

He provided information on each step he took to diagnose the system and provided general information about our Extremly Outdated HVAC system. My Wife was ecstatic that it was repaired so quickly.

Called at 6:30 for a broken air conditioner. The technician was here before 7 and resolved the issue quickly. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend.
I called them because i like hire local repair company's to help the community. I asked for a 5:30 appointment to avoid missing work, i was told it would be a overtime fee for the service $170 for the visit. $70 for a 3:00 appointment so i left work early. come to find out my blower motor was shot and needed to be replaced. the total cost was going to be $900..... i was told the part was $800. so i opted to shop around and i'm glad i did. i found the part online for $135. i understand marking items up to make money and charging for the knowledge and installation but a over $600 mark up is outrages....
Clockwork was able to get a technician to my house an entire day before their competitors. Moreover, the technician kept me apprised of the exact problem, even leaving the problem highlighted with a flashlight so that I could see it for myself. The technician explained exactly what he had done to fix the problem and was very professional. I will use Clockwork going forward, for sure.
