Clockwork has been excellent in customer service. Have used them for 3 years, always timely, honest and straight forward. Just had entire new system installed at a fair price. Did the entire job in about 6 hours. Highly recommend them.

I had an old AC unit that I knew needed a new capacitor, and the fan motor caught on fire as a result of this. I was new to Athens at the time and had never researched HVAC companies in the area. Their work was excellent. They were professional and quick. I realized that I was in trouble though when the representative who came to diagnose my issue pulled out a laminated sheet showing the price of replacing the capacitor. I already knew how much a new capacitor cost and how easy they are to replace. The price was at least 3 times what I expected. He was ready to upsell a new unit instantly. He pulled out another laminated sheet with the prices of three different tier units also priced higher than expected. I did want a new unit so I went ahead and bought one. Once I did have time to do some research, I found that I did pay a high premium for their excellent work. If it wasn't for the high prices, they would have had 5 stars easily.

I was very happy they were able to come out quickly (same day)! Jesse was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and very nice! I was a first time customer and overall they had a great first impression! I will continue to use clockwork for any future problems and maintenance!

Chris went above and beyond. Notified me of a leak unrelated to his job. Showed me the parts needing to be replaced. Just outstanding customer service! Linda is great. She scheduled me in quickly, no long weeks wait with ac. Great customer service!!

My experience with Clockwork has been nothing short of excellent. I called 4 other AC companies when my air went out 2 hours before a party I was hosting. Clockwork was the only one who even offered to come after hours. Jesse had me cooling quickly and was so professional. My family owns an AC company in Florida so we know what to expect. From the communication in the office and professionalism of the tech, this is what a service company should strive to be! THANK YOU!

Mack came out to look at my A/C system. I had a No AC power message displayed. He did a great job of getting down to the root cause and got us running. I have known that a new AC is needed and Mack just emphasized that for us. He also gave us more options to get the problem taken care of, for more long term (a year or so). But also suggested that if I was going to replace the unit anyways, then I should consider about The repairs more closely, to see what will be more cost effective. He did take care of the problem-For now, to buy me some time to consider what I wanted to do. I really appreciate the honesty and the professionalism from Clockwork. I will definitely go back to them for any of the A/C issues and highly recommend them as well!! Great job!!

Jesse Decker did a great job with my problem heat pump! Not only did he fix the problem but he figured out what made it happen in the first place ( a previous repair was done incorrectly and now that has to be fixed also!) He handled my shock like a champ when I was told the price! I'm so sorry if I scared you, Jesse! He came back after a long day to finish my job after hours because he was going on vacation and was afraid there would be further damage to the compressor if it wasn't fixed soon! Now that's good service in my opinion! Plus, his boss even came out to help him in the rain!
I never had a second of discomfort in the house because they caught the problem in a routine inspection before the whole unit was beyond repair! Thank you Clockwork Heating and Air for a job well done!

Professional, excellent customer service, knowledgeable - They came within the day to fix our A/C. Their technician was courteous, explained the issue, and educated me on care and maintenance of the system. The office staff are friendly, concise, and quick. I will be adding Clockwork to our neighborhood recommended list and will suggest them to any one needing help or maintenance on their heating and air systems.
