Clockwork Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Clockwork Saturday morning after my AC went out late Friday evening. Mr. Mack Chambers Sr arrived early afternoon, determined that the blower went out (they happened to have one in stock) and he had my AC working by late afternoon. Mrs. Linda Chambers provided excellent customer service and kept me updated through the entire process. I highly recommend calling Clockwork Heating & Air.

Let me sing the praises of this great company. I live out of state, and this winter, as we traveled to visit my parents, I found out that their heating unit was out. My parents are seniors, so I called Clockwork Heating and requested their help. When I told them my parents were seniors who had no heat Clockwork rearranged their dispatch and had a technician at their house within 45 minutes.
The tech was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained the current situation facing my parent's heating unit and provided us with several potential options to address it.
I accepted their bid to replace the heating unit (my parents had an old LP unit that was leaking. LP is very dangerous, so we chose the safest option for my parents). Clockwork took care of everything. Let me tell you everything. As I mentioned before, I live out of state, so Clockwork coordinated everything; they were terrific. They again rearranged their schedule to ensure my parents had their heating unit ahead of a cold front. I lack the words to express my gratefulness and amazement of such an excellent company. Thank you Clockwork.

I can't say enough about Clockwork. It was brooching 90º+ and my 33-year system had had enough. I called a number of firms to bid on the job but Clockwork stood out heads and shoulders above everyone else. First: they showed up within hours. After a thorough review, Mack explained everything involved in replacing my system and made a number of suggestions that would help a new system be more efficient. I really appreciated his advice because I knew it came from years of experience. Second: I got a quote within hours (it was not outside what I was expecting). The other companies called in a quote weeks after Clockwork had my new system installed. With temps reaching 95º+ those weeks would have been awful!

For the next day or two, I received multiple texts and calls from Linda and Mack came over again to double-check measurements. I was really quite comfortable at that point that I had made the right decision to go with them. They treated me as if I was their only client.

On the prescribed day, I get a text telling me Logan and Tyler were on their way. Minutes later, a smiling duo popped out of the Clockwork van. They couldn't be nicer. I mentioned to Linda that although both technicians had to endure a horribly hot attic, they never complained adding "it's all part of the job" and went happily through the day replacing the old system with the new one. A few hours later, I felt the first draft of cold air. What a relief! And what a relief to know that the company which made all this happen was exceptionally professional, top of their game, meticulous and caring! I really believe I choose the best company in the area to do this job.

Too bad Google only offers 5-stars. This is a 10-star company and the people who work there deserve 10 more stars.

We have nothing but good things to say about clockwork! They are always extremely nice and have a positive attitude. We have our service visits and they always call ahead and send a text. They installed our new unit and made quick work of it. I could not recommend this company more. If you are needing work done this is the company to call!

Clockwork came out to repair a heat issue I had recently and checked everything but it was determined it simply was cold air causing temp fluctuations at the thermostat. Although this call was to ease my mind concerning my heat, I have been with this company for years. You always look for that one mechanic, doctor, HVAC company, etc, etc. that treats you with respect, is on time, does not charge you an arm and leg, are professionals, treat your equipment with respect, etc,etc. Clockwork is that company. Linda in the office is just wonderful. After 2 yrs of problem free issues with my systems, Linda remembered me!!! That is special!!! I highly recommend them for all your needs. They will be coming back out to replace duct work that is 30 yrs old and falling apart, when it warms up for them and us!!! A bit cold in attic right now.

Needed an A/C company quick on a weekend and they came right over. Mack Chambers Sr. was very knowledgable and professional and not only fixed the issue but explained everything he did too.

Since I am new to Athens I'm glad I found the right company and will be a customer for life.

In 2016 Clockwork Heating & Air Conditioning installed-replaced the 2nd floor HVAC unit at our home, and has since serviced all aspects of our home's HVAC system (1st floor unit and 2nd floor unit).

I cannot recommend Clockwork Heating and Air enough. My AC/Heat had a problem and they were out the same day I called to check on it. Mr. Chambers came out and did a very thorough inspection and was very courteous and professional in explaining the issue, unfortunately my system was really past the expected life cycle and the problems were more than I wanted to invest in fixing on something so old so I decided on having a new one installed. Speaking to his wife, Linda (she's wonderful btw, it's so nice to have a business with people like these to deal with) everything was squared away and scheduled in no time. Today they came out and the team were the picture of professional, kind, informative, and very considerate of being safe in these times and taking very good care of my home and property. Now I have a wonderful new system and my house is warm and cozy and I have no doubt it will be nice and cool in the summer to come. I'm so glad I chose this company and would recommend them in a second to anyone who needed this type of service!
I also really like the layout of their website and all the wonderful tips provided there, that really is a nice extra!

We've had a fantastic overall experience with Clockwork. They are very responsive by phone and through their website, and they've been able to get to us quickly when we've needed service. We just had to replace our old heating and air system, and the Clockwork crew was on time, efficient, friendly, and very professional. It was a two day install and they cleaned up after themselves both days, plus they kept their work area tidy while they were working. They did not nickel and dime us, even though there were some extra things that needed to be done for proper installation. We are highly satisfied with the level of service they provided, and so far so good on our new Lennox system. Would highly recommend Clockwork!

Linda and everyone who work for Clockwork are amazing! I would give them 10 stars if I could. The communication is amazing. Every step of the way Linda kept me updated and I could tell she genuinely cared about getting my air conditioner fixed! In the midst of them repairing my AC unit, my electrical panel had to be replaced, so it got to a point where they couldn't do anything more until the power was back on, but instead of me having to reschedule with them, Linda kept in contact with me multiple times daily and worked directly with the electrical company to ensure my air was fixed as soon as possible! In fact, one of her employees beat me to my house the first day after my power was turned back on! They are outstanding and if you need someone to fix your heating or air, you shouldn't look any further. Just call them! I'd never use anyone else!! Thanks again Linda!
