Clockwork Heating & Air Conditioning

This is our new AC service company! We had used another company to install and maintain our system for years, but their "emergency service" wasn't available when we called on a Friday until the following Tuesday. I called Clockwork and spoke with Linda and she had a technician here within a few hours. The technician, Tyler, had the system working shortly after arriving and did a full inspection of the system. This company was responsive and professional, a welcome change from the company we've used in the past.

I am very happy with this company. They have helped me before but today I felt like they went above and beyond. I called in with an emergency (it turned out not to be but I was very concerned about a smell from my AC and water on the unit), they did not have any availability for same day. However after scheduling for the next day, I got a call back that they have moved some things around and they got someone out to my house within 2 hours of calling. They absolutely could have just made me wait but went above and beyond to get someone out same day. I highly recommend this company!

Clockwork has done a great job of making sure our system is running well. The temps don't drop too low in Georgia often but when we noticed our house wasn't getting warm, Clockwork did a great job getting to the house quickly and taking the time to explain the problem and fix it fast! I appreciate how nice all the folks, how patient they are at explaining things and how courteous they are with my family including my pups! :)

I was down and hot on Sunday....I called clockwork...Mack was there in 20 minutes...I was cool in a short time even though he had to go back to the.shop and get a.replacement motor. He was determined to get me up and running...And he did. He fixed my thermostat as well and checked my freon. I feel the cost of his service was very.fair. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this company Clockwork.

1 hour after my first call (on a Friday evening) my house is cool again. Very reasonably priced, very honest and could not have been more courteous and professional. Will definitely give this company my future business and I recommend without any reservation whatsoever. In fact, I've asked them to send someone back to price additional work and the probable installation of an upgraded unit. Rare business, indeed.

The Tech was very punctual and showed up exactly when they said they would. I needed to have a line replaced and the repair was done promptly. The repair looks solid and my AC is up and working again! I will definitely be using clockwork in the future.

I first learned about Clockwork when my A/C stopped working on a Thursday evening in August. They came out the next day, fixed me up and life was good again. Since then, I've paid for their service plan. They come out twice a year, before it gets hot and before it gets cold.

Considering my furnace/AC costs more than my car, I believe it's worth it to get it tuned up and checked out regularly. I am very happy with their service and recommend them to anyone.

Received $1600 estimate to replace a collapsed flex duct in the crawlspace of my home. Materials cost $120 at Mingledorffs in Bogart,GA. I purchased and installed myself in about 2.5 hours. Not a fun job but nowhere close to worth paying Clockworks estimate! Also charged me $129 for AC tune up. They gave me a report that says everything was fine,so didn't actually do anything. Very dissatisfied. Update...they are true to their word. I wasn't satisfied so they refunded the service call fee.

After dealing with problems with two other HVAC repair services, I decided to give Clockwork a try. I'm so glad I did. After learning that my system was incorrectly wired during installation 5 years earlier, the repair was simple. Install the correct Thermostat, and rewire the system. It's amazing how well my system works now. Thank you Mack C, and thank you for your military service.

Clockwork and its employees have been extremely good to work with. I have three rental houses that they help me maintain and they do a great job in helping me do so. I unhesitatingly would recommend them for any project you have. Jesse Decker is the person with whom I work most closely. He is by far the best HVAC technician with whom I have had the chance to work in the past 40 years.
