Russell was very thorough and professional while servicing my HVAC system today. I would gladly welcome him back in my home.

We did a total overhaul of our HVAC system (42+ years), attic air-ducts and insulation, and water heater. The overhaul included removal of old duct, plenum, insulation, complete HVAC unit replacement and new cellulose insulation and new water heater. After review of different suppliers and multiple rounds of discussion we decided for PV Heating and Air.
Our decision was not made on cost, we felt comfortable with Jason and his team's level of knowledge and professional methodology to explaining the system and different steps for executing the job. As an engineer myself, I could related to the study perform by PV to size the system and the value of such. The equipment selected (Trane) and the approach to maximizing the efficiency of the new system was first class. We actually ended with a lower tonnage unit than the original GE system (42+ years old)
The execution of the job went extremely well, PV's employees were timely, very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. I would highly recommend PV to anyone considering HVAC replacement and water heater.
