This was a great experience all the way around. The scheduling person was efficient. The 2 guys on the sales team were very professional. The installers were knowledgeable and hard working. The billing person was friendly. The cost was less than what Estes quoted. I highly recommend PV HVAC.

They sent out an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and expeditious technician to repair our two non-functioning units. I really liked that he explained what he was analyzing during the repair and what he was trying/testing to get to the root of the problem. He was very transparent with options and pricing.

This company is the BEST. The gentlemen, Kobie and Germaine arrived within the time window confirmed. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable of the job. Not ONLY were they RESPECTFUL to me, they were RESPECTFUL to my house. My furnace is in the attic. They put a cloth under the stairs so my hardwood floors would NOT get scratched. You service team is the BEST 👍

I like PV Heating and Air, they did a fine job installing a mini-split and also performing bi-annual maintenance. Their suggestion to replace a $4 Capacitor for $284 during recent maintenance visit I felt was exorbitant.
I fully understand a business has operating expenses but this feels to me way out of line with the reality. I have read a lot on social media lately about this sort of practice from all HVAC companies. I told the maintenance guy to call his boss and ask for a more reasonable price which he refused to do. I'm really sorry this is the way too many business have become!

We had a great experience with PV. We worked with Eric, Dylan, Nicholas, and Cory to install two new heat pumps. They were amazing - professional, quick, clean, and the new system works great.

After getting an obscene quote to upgrade our duct system upstairs from our usual ac company, our friends recommended this company. We read their previous reviews which were strong so we called them to come out. After a minor misunderstanding that one of the three owners handled extremely well (thanks Joe!!) we moved ahead with them after speaking and getting a quote from another tri-owner (thanks Jason!!!). Their prices were fair and the solution they offered made much more sense for what we needed. They had their team (Moises, Pha, and Eric) out to complete the work within a couple of days and the guys were punctual, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and overall wonderful assets to the company. They kept my house pretty clean considering all the insulation they had to shuffle around to work and successfully trouble shot all of my concerns. I was very impressed with how quickly the work was completed and will be using this company for all of our future ac care moving forward. There’s a reason their reviews are solid. We highly recommend!!!

PV Heating and Air has been my HVAC provider at two homes in the Atlanta area. The owners and service teams go above and beyond with each interaction. At my first home in Atlanta, PV replaced an aging system. They were great throughout the process, helping me to address a number of issues. Support at my second home has been less significant, but the service quality remains the same. I cannot recommend this company enough for their great service and support.
