Excellent service! Our AC went out on the hottest week of the year so far. PV was able to get someone out the same day to get it running again. The technician was friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

PV Heating and Air has installed both my AC unit as well as my hot water heater over the last year.

On both installations, the office was quick to reply to my requests, the quotes were competitively priced, and the work was completed to a high standard of quality.

Technician came out and troubleshot my air conditioning problem. Very knowledgeable young man. Talk to me about what was wrong and repaired the system. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to diagnose the problem with my system and take care of it for me in a very timely manner.

My compressor broke in my outside unit. Being only 7yrs old it "should" have been covered under the standard industry 10 yr warranty. Unfortunately, Champion Air Systems installed it and never registered it. Most reputable HVAC companies register the product so the homeowner or eventual homeowner benefits from the full 10yrs. Unfortunately, this was not the case and Champion's response was to say tough. However, they were willing to sell use a brand new system at full price!. In a industry that are full of hustlers, James Hagelthorn at PV Air came out and before even suggesting getting a new system he tried to fix the existing condenser for 45min! although this did not work he explained my options and was very transparent and direct. no upselling or suggesting I needed more than what needed to be replaced. They also made sure all systems worked together and I would have no issues with my new condenser unit. Moreover, the installers spent 8 hours installing the unit when most companies rush the job and take 2 hours. they thoroughly inspected my existing system for any existing leaks and issues before installing the new outside condenser to ensure the new product worked. Now I have AC again. Glad I found these guys and suggest everyone uses them. I had 6 HVAC companies quote me on a new condenser and got different "upsell" proposals claiming either the whole system had to be the same brand, I would not receive a full warranty on just the new condenser or, that i might as well replace the other inside units since they will be here working anyways! Bottom line - James is an asset to PV Air.. answered every text, every email and every question I had even after I signed his proposal. they installed the new unit the NEXT day!! THANKYOU!!

Customer service on the phones could use some work however techs are great quick and friendly
