Estes Services came by way of referral from a family member and they did not disappoint. I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Chris McBride's heater replacement home consultation was on spot with no underline pressure with the variety of options discussed. The day of installation was smooth all thanks to the prompt and professionalism of Fray and Ruben who did a phenomenal job. I am forever grateful to Estes for quickly scheduling and installing my heater system just before the first severe winter weather cold snap of Xmas 22'.THANK YOU to the entire staff and keep being GREAT!

Service is great! The person they sent L.A. was very professional! Estes stick to their word...my clog was drained on July 4th and they came on July 5th fixed it and told me any issues I had! Will be using for now on going forward.

Evan and his collegue visited on Tuesday. In a word, they were like an electrical swat team. They had a high angle light installation, a through-the-outside-wall light installation to do. Plus the lightswitch replacement. I couldnt believe it when they estimated a two hour job but they sure did that! While they worked, they checked with me regularly for options that I had neglected to consider. In the end, the work results were SUPERB! I should also mention - they arrived within the hour of my first call to Estes.

We have been Estes Heating/Air Services customers for 15 years and continue to be pleased with their annual maintenance services. This week Technician Thomas Pepe serviced our Carrier Furnace and Carrier heat pump. Thomas was excellent. It was not a rush job at all and he was very thorough and answered all our concerns. At conclusion he said both systems performing well, even the one which is 10 years old. Very pleased with Estes maintenance services and extra ordinary tech Thomas Pepe.

I hired Estes Services to replace an old HVAC system (furnace and air conditioning unit). Jared and Byron did a great job! And, my new Carrier system works very well.

We used Estes to replace our existing HVAC system. Jacob Thomas was great consulting us about which HVAC system would be best for our home. Jered M and Trevor done an excellent job installing the equipment. Great service all around!

They were on the high side of things. I always get more than one quote and their $2,100 job was eat by two other reputable companies and included the exact same things. Logan was nice however the pricing was very pricey. It saddens me because they had been servicing the property since the 80s.

Paul inspected, found and fixed a “clicking” sound in a newly installed Carrier system.

Paul is knowledgeable and patient when answering questions by the consumer.

I find Paul to be one of the most competent, kind and personable service representative I have dealt with.

I could only hope all service representatives provide customer service the way Paul does.
