Johnstone has the top of the line service when it comes to customer service..The counter workers are always courteous and very knowledgeable of their job and always willing to share that knowledge.They always get you in and out very quickly. Josh is always a great guy to work with. keep up the good work guys.

Probably the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Shout out to Josh! I came in with a capacitor I thought was bad from my condenser unit. Josh tested it and confirmed it was good. I described the issue in more detail and he recommended I try the contactor, which fixed it!Once I got back home, I saw the old one and it doesn’t look too good. New vs old below.

Always have the parts I need to do hvac work.
Very knowledgeable and professional staff.
Remember to have your EPA very on you to show them. Can be a bummer if you don’t and are pressed for time.

Great service and very knowledgeable associates. I've used Johnstone Supply at other locations for many years and they always have a great supply of HVAC products and great people. This was my 1st visit to this location and it is Top Notch like all the others.

They helped me out very well I had no problem with anyone working there they are very nice they don't mind coming from behind the counter showing you something that you can't find I like the service there very much and I will continue on coming there

After sitting on hold for 36m 42seconds I decided to contact Grainger. They answered, they provided the information I needed, and they got my business.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I go to the guys for most of my HVAC needs.
