These two young men were wonderful. Sonny and Joel replaced our entire heating and AC units. They were kind, informative, professional, respectful and knowledgeable of their work. They communicated well with me anytime there was a problem’ to solve that needed the homeowner’s opinion.
We also had a wonderful experience with LeVerne, the gentleman that explained our options to us about repairing or purchasing, and Darrell, the initial serviceman who found and explained to us the problem.

Estes is the best!!! I was in dire need of 2 HVAC units doe my home and Estes was able to send a sales rep, Jacob, the same morning that I called. Jacob effectively assessed my needs and thoroughly educated me on the products and pricing. The next day technicians arrived for the install. Jared, Byron, Carlos, and Brandon were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. I will continue to use Estes for my home needs and will not hesitate to refer family and friends.

Estes' reps Nick and Joey were able to assess my electrical issue and solve it very quickly. Their installation work was thorough and professional. Nick's flexibility with the scheduled time was greatly appreciated. These electricians have earned Estes my first call for electrical issues in the future.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Estes. Jacob came out and looking at our system for us and recommended a replacement unit. Ours was 26 years old so it was time. Then Justin quoted us for that system which was a very reasonable price. He got us set up with Jared and Byron who installed the new system in just a couple hours and we are now good to go. Would recommend Estes to anyone and so glad we went with them!

Ryan from Estes Electrical just left after fixing a short in a switch that left me with no power in my bedroom. Estes was the only one of 3 companies that returned my call, and Ryan was here early the next day. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly.
I won't hesitate to call Estes again if I need an electrician.

I had to get my whole furnace and AC system replaced in the middle of June after our AC went out. Estes got someone out to look at our system the following day and immediately got us scheduled for the next morning. Fray and Ruben showed up exactly as scheduled to get the replacement done. They were so nice, courteous and professional. Highly recommend these two guys and Estes to anyone needing work done!

Patrick was amazing!! Very professional, courteous, and fast! He did a fantastic job repairing my trim from my new hvac installation. He even fixed a previous trim issue on the door he repaired! Very thankful. Estes has been a great company to work with!

We were very pleased with our experience using Estes for buying and installing a new HVAC system. Trey did a great job explaining all of our options and providing his recommendations for the new system. Carlos and Brandyn were very professional with the installation work - they arrived on time, explained everything they were doing very clearly, made sure I understood how the new system worked and cleaned up the workspace. We highly recommend Estes for their great support and customer service.

I've tried calling their "emergency" number and it goes to a message saying that no one is available to answer at this time. I called a number I had from the installation day and after a few calls he said he got a hold on the maintenance manager and that he was going to see what's going on. Long story short, there's no answer in their emergency line on a Saturday at 9:30 am and there's no return calls either.

They Installed an exterior tankless gas water heater. They promised the unit won't freeze and it did.

Amazingly the cold water is fine! We have plenty of freezing cold water but the hot line is frozen!! Makes no sense at all.

The installation doesn't seem to had been done completely to 100% standards. The pipes are not insulated and the holes they made into the wall are not sealed.
