Responsive and wonderful to work with. We called the day after a major holiday, when most places were either closed or slammed, and Mr. Smith was able to fit us in that day and even called back to say he could come by earlier between jobs. He had the air cool again in less than five minutes. He clearly knows his stuff and is very personable. He clearly explained what he was doing and why. His price was reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Mr. Smith is an absolute Godsend!!!

We woke up to our AC not working, house reading 80 degrees, and the weather set to hit 100; we called a local (supposedly reputable) company who told us there was an upfront surcharge of $175 and they wouldn't be able to make it out for ten days or we could pay extra and they could make it out in five days.

Found Mr. Smith's business information on NextDoor, and he came out within two hours, fixed our AC unit in 30 mins, and was *incredibly* affordable!

Highly professional (very conscious of the pandemic and wore a mask/gloves), very clearly knowledgeable of his craft, and incredibly amiable -- we will definitely be using his services for our heating and cooling needs, and you should too!!

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I had a different company, Jordan Heating and Air, install a new system for me 20 months ago. Jordan used the old lineset and it got damaged. Walter Smith thought it would be worthwhile for me to pursue the repair through the installer since I had already paid them. Jordan wanted $2600 for the same job that Mr. Smith was able to do for $990 (don't take this google review price as gospel, this was obviously specific to my house and layout, etc.). Anyway, the speed, professionalism, overall quality of the finished product and most importantly HONESTY of this company was incredible. When you invite someone into your home and put your wallet in their hands to tell you what something, that you have NO IDEA ABOUT, costs to repair, you have to trust them. This company is trustworthy.

Walter Smith is a true professional. He installed a new HVAC system for us. He had the best price and his work is top notch. He even did the legwork of seeking out a rebate for us. Since then he has come out several times to troubleshoot on other issues, helping to solve the problem or pointing us in the right direction. The integrity of this company is second to none!

Mr. Walter Smith was able to come out the day I called. He was in my area for another service call and was able to fit me into his schedule. I was pretty sure the compressor had gone bad and would be looking at a replacement costs for a new unit. Mr. Smith did a step-by-step analysis of the system. The problem was a bad wire from the compressor to the run capacitor. He replaced the wire, then cleaned the coils on the outside unit and checked the refrigerant level and it was fine. He also made suggestions for maintenance that I could do which would help my old unit run efficiently. The cost of service was very reasonable. Thank you Mr. Smith.

Smith Heating and Air has the best service, lowest price (replacing a heat pump was $1400 below the first quote I got). They stand by their work and honor their warranties. Mr Smith has around 30 years experience too.

Mr. Smith recently repaired our AC, and it was a good experience. He has a friendly and professional demeanor, maintains good contact about when he will arrive for service, and most importantly our AC was running again when he left. I would definitely recommend his services.

Walter was very professional, polite, and responded quickly. He was able to make a same-day visit on a busy week! He actually suggested that I call the AC installer for my problem since my unit is only 3 years old. Walter stated that he, himself, would absolutely correct the problem for free if he was the one who had installed the unit. The installer was unable to come out, so I had Mr. Smith come anyway. I was very impressed by his knowledge of systems and will contact him ANY TIME I need AC work!
