Mr. Smith has been my heating and air service and repairman for several years. He has never let me down. His service is stellar! He is knowledgeable and he has tremendous integrity and work ethic!

During a time of a recent loss Only God was the master of this plan when he sent Smith Heating and Air, he came first thing the next morning after I had wasted time calling another company, resulting in a quote of $2700 in repairs or a new $8000 dollar system. Mr Smith came out and within a half hour my house was cooling itself all for under $200 dollars I will definitely be calling him again when needed.

When my regular HVAC person did not return my calls, I asked a friend who she used. She said "Smith Heating and Air". So that is who I called. Mr. Smith took my phone call and promised to be there by the end of the work day. Walter Smith is a man of his word! He stopped by when he said he would and he fixed my air conditioner in minutes! He was professional, courteous, and his services were reasonably priced! I now have a new HVAC company, Smith Heating and Air.

Next time you need hvac service in the athens area call Mr. Smith. He answers his phone (can you believe it?) , keeps you updated on when he is coming for the service appointment, and does an efficient repair job. He is super knowledgeable---knew what was wrong with my unit in 1 minute of examining. Best of all he charges a very fair price that is way below the 'Big Companies'. He charge me $150 for the same repair I had done to another unit by Stiles hvac---they charge $220. Go with smith
