My AC wasn't working right, so I called Mr. Smith. He was very prompt, and explained in detail what was wrong (a freon leak) and what options we had. He then gave us a detailed estimate for replacing the condenser, and he and his team had the whole job done in an day. The work was done professionally. Great experience! They are super knowledgeable and helpful, and offered a good price. They were quick to respond and quick come out and provide an estimate. They got me onto their schedule with short notice to install a new AC unit and they showed up when they said they were going to. Walter Smith came out on a Saturday within a few hours after I called him and fixed my AC on an extremely hot day. He was very responsive to my phone call and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He called me to inform me that he was on his way over and arrived exactly at the estimated time. He very professionally fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes and informed me that the part was still covered under warranty so I only had to pay for the service call. From now on, I will only call Smith Heating and Air for all of my HVAC needs!
