I first used thus gentlemen's service about two years ago and should have written a review then. I had a complete failure in one of two heat pumps in my home. It was August and the unit was in my attic....HOT! Mr. King had recently had knee surgery, and he and his wife showed up very shortly. Mr King worked in the hot attic while his wife went up and down to his truck to fetch tools to keep him from having to exert stress on his knee.

Folks, this business is something very rare and exceptional. They arrived quickly and made a repair that was completed to a very high standard of quality. Had he so chosen, Mr. King could have charged me to replace a complete unit, as I know little about HVAC. They found the repair to necessitate only a bit of rewiring, and Mr. King initially wanted to charge me little or nothing. I had to insist that he allow me to pay him more than his original small bill.

In air conditioning repair, it seems that there is no shortage of businesses that are dishonest and that take advantage of consumers' ignorance or air conditioning in general. Mr. King's business is as honest, reliable, punctual and affordable as a business could possibly be, and I recommend him without any hesitation. In fact, I've just called him in for another repair on my other unit.

I can't say enough positive about this business, and I would use him in the future without hesitation.
