Absolutely the best HVAC repair and service company ever! I have never in my life had an experience that was this good getting my air conditioning system repaired, and during the hottest part of the year.
Technician Danny came in diagnosed the problem gave me a price and repaired it very fast and very efficiently.
Danny is very polite genuinely interested in making sure customers are 100% satisfied.

From the time I made the phone call to make an appointment to get my AC repaired, to the time Danny was leaving my home after the repair. Couldn’t have been a better experience!

Called at 2pm on a Sunday because the ac quit working suddenly. Alexander came out within 2 hours and cleaned out the drain line and explained how I can fix it myself to avoid the issue in the future. Great service and quick response. AcreeAir wanted me to wait 6 hours for someone to show up at 7-9pm for the same price.

Tech was really quick, ran a bit late do to prior job going late, but called and even apologized. Price seemed great compared to other companies I reached out to to replace the capacitor. Capacitor itself was a little on the pricey side when I looked it up on Amazon, but was still below average for service technicians when I looked it up which is great. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in minutes on a weekend. I was really impressed and plan to reach out for a yearly service plan.

My A/C system stopped working on a hot Sunday night. I immediately called Franks Air Conditioning & Heating planning to leave a voice message. To my surprise, Debbie took my call and offered to have someone to come over immediately. The next day, the owner himself knocked at my door and assesed the damage while providing all available options to my family and I. The level of expertise was apparent and served well in guiding us throughout the whole process. Within 24 hours our A/C problem was solved. It has been a while since our family encountered such great customer service. Best decision ever calling Franks Air Conditioning and Heating. They are my to go company from now on! Call them, you won't regret it!!

I'm a brand new homeowner and came home to my A/C not working at 930 at night. I called Franks and within 30 mins they were at my house. He was able to figure out the issue and have it fixed in about 30 mins. I can not tell you how relieved I was! Phenomenal service. We had someone come out and check our unit because our ac wasn't working. They came out in a timely manor and was nothing short of amazing. From the moment they answered the phone to the time they left my driveway we were very impressed. Very helpful and professional!
