Thank you Frank's for the professional work I will be using y'all again.

I called Franks Monday morning. They came out the same day and replaced our AC unit that had died this next morning. We are very grateful for them.

We woke up to a hot house Sunday morning and called Franks. The tech was on site within a hour of the phone call. Replaced the part promptly the following day and was able to process our manufacturers parts warranty with now issue. Would highly recommend.

Ridge top exterior roof company cut some wood an hit some copper pipe in the wall. Had to find someone quick an first thing I could think of is Franks heating & air. Very professional an was quick to arrive on site.

This company is spot on! My a/c went out completely and they were quick and worked efficiently to get me a new one installed. I was highly impressed with not only their service, but the professional manners as well. They are the only company I will recommend to anyone! I was admitted to the hospital just when this company tried to schedule the installation of a drain pan, which delayed the work and was certainly not their fault. I think that the work performed solved the problem of condensation on the floor in front of the intake vent. If the problem still existed, there would have been a puddle on the floor by now. I was only two rooms away in my office while they worked and I hardly heard them. In fact, I only knew they were finished when he brought me the bill. By the way, I had assumed, like probably most folks, that Frank was his first name, like mine, but it's his family name. I apologize to Mr. Franks for my original erroneous, less-than-perfect review.

They arrived same day & early, fully inspected and tested, and performed my cleaning and inspection fast and explained everything. Definitely will be calling for any and all future AC work.
