Found these guys just by searching for A/C repair and saw all of the amazing reviews so decided to give them a call and they did NOT disappoint!

I live in an apartment complex that really doesn’t have maintenance so I have to pay for fixing things myself, so I haven’t had A/C for a year because I couldn’t afford to fix it. I guess that’s what you get for cheap rent. 😅

When I called, the woman I spoke to was so sweet and empathetic to my situation and I was able to get someone scheduled same day. With their customer service being 100%, I knew I’d chosen the right people.

When the tech showed up, they really rose above my expectations.

He fixed our A/C in less than 30 minutes and even took off the charge for cleaning out everything because he said he understood we’re just trying to make it and he was also very empathetic about the fact we live in an apartment and have to fix things ourselves. He also gave some tips on where to find the filters we needed.

I always try to stay local and support family run businesses and I’ve had the A/C fixed 3 times by some local A/C companies in the last 2 years that charged me over $400 for just the cleaning and then said they’d fixed it and were on their way only for it to go out 6 months later.

Frank’s charged WAY WAY less than that today and did way more work, replaced a part we needed, cleaned everything out and explained to us why we were having the problems we’ve had.

I could go on about my experience, but I think anyone reading this gets the idea.

I won’t go anywhere else if we need this fixed again, or once we can finally afford our own home.

I had called for an Air Conditioning issue today and was told that Keith would be at my home before noon. Keith arrived well before noon and conducted several detailed checks of my AC unit. He also cleared my unit's condensation line. He explained that do to the unseasonably hot weather, that AC units have been struggling to keep up because of the lack of rain to cool down the air. I was well pleased with his detail technical service and his reasonable rate for his service.

Professional, explaining what he was doing and why. I couldn't see inside unit, he took pictures to keep me informed. Learned some things also. Polite staff, starting with the lady who answered my call. Again thank you and we will be recommending your company to family and friends.

Frank and his wife came out quick on a Sunday, fixed my issue at a reasonable price, and even repaired a hose that was inoperable that sat near the AC compressor, so that they could clean the drain out. Really happy with their service and speed

Holy Smokes!!! I do Real Estate and deal with Service companies weekly!!! Never Ever had such quick response and priced well below my expectations!!! Took some business cards from Stephen (Technician) and he will be my 1st call going forward for all my HVAC needs!!

My air went on a 90 degree day close to 5pm. Was worried I would have to wait until the morning for repair but I called Franks and they were there in an hour! Repaired the unit and they were super friendly & knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and refer anyone I know to them.

Stephen was prompt and checked out my entire system. He was attentive to detail and explained my entire system as well as maintenance. I newly purchased this house and asked many questions. He answered every question with patience and honesty. It was a pleasant service experience with Frank’s Air Conditioning and Heating. It is nice to see quality and honesty in a service company. Well, where do I start ? Yesterday while complaining that my air-conditioning went out to some friends in my sons dojo, a young lady turned to me and said she would use Frank’s air-conditioning in Zephyrhills. She had just recently used them and they were a top-notch local family run company. So I quickly googled them and found great reviews and decided to give them a call. An hour and 20 miles or so later they were at my house and made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. Today they showed up put in a new unit and I am resting comfortably and 72° air. A big Thanks to the Franks for your rapid response and professionalism. It’s nice to have such a great service from great people. I highly recommend this company.

The HVAC "angels" whether its a regular service or an emergency! If I could give this company 10 stars I would on all accolades. Service that goes above and beyond year after year. Today I was an emergency call that was handled so quickly and professionally in a most cost-effective manner it was stressless!
