Our AC broke in the middle of the night and after an early morning call, owner David was able to squeeze us in the following morning. Luckily, it was a quick fix for David and within the hour, our house was starting to cool. He was incredibly courteous and professional and I would highly recommend him!

My 15 year upstairs A/C unit decided to stop working at a most inconvenient time (although when is it ever convenient). I had read good reviews about Jacob's Heating and Cooling so called at 4:00 on a Saturday to see if he could help. David informed me he would be able to fit me in first thing Sunday morning. I knew he was going to tell me it was time to replace the unit, and as long as I was replacing the upstairs I might as well replace the downstairs unit. I mentally prepared myself to hear these words. I was due to leave on a 2 week international trip in 5 days and the dollar signs for 2 new A/C units plus international travel were swirling in my head and totally overwhelming me. Sunday morning David arrived, opened the cover that housed my unit, and said the most beautiful words I could have heard "this is an easy fix." Within 20 minutes he had my unit running again and even said that my A/C appeared to be in pretty good shape for being quite old. It's always a little unnerving when you don't know anything about what it is you need repaired and you have to put your trust in a complete stranger. David could have easily and successfully tried to upsell me, but he didn't. Instead he repaired my A/C at a very reasonable price and earned my business for life. He's good, y'all! I highly recommend!

I needed a brand new AC Unit & I'm so grateful I went with them. The process of going thru numerous quotes & trying to chose the best one was hell. Im glad i chose correctly. What a great experience from the start. Pricing was reasonable not like other companies who try and rob you blind with overpricing. He communicated well. Was professional and friendly. First thing he hands me is my permit & the rest of the papers i needed to have for the inspector to review after job was done. He went above and beyond and even repaired things he saw were done wrong by the previous company. Left everything clean. City Inspector came & all passed. I would definitely recommend. I can't say enough good things about Jacob's heating and gooling!! I knew the time was coming for a new A/C unit, and got several second opinions. We chose to go through Jacob's and would do it again in a heartbeat. He came out the first night on a friday around 730pm, looked at our unit and gave it to us straight and left with it running. He was very respectful, honest and hard working. Even gave us several options besides replacing. Ultimately we chose replacing. He came out the following Monday and replaced our unit. I would highly recommend him to anyone who will ask!! Thanks for keeping is cool in this Florida heat!!

I had David out to service my system months ago. He got me cool and his timeline of needing to replace my system was spot on. He installed a new system for us. He is very professional, punctual, just a great guy that takes pride in satisfying his custmers. He will be taking good care of my a/c in the years to follow.
