My AC went out due to one of Florida’s middle of the day lightening storms. Called Jacobs that morning and they were able to get to me that day. Within an hour of arrival my AC was fixed. Turns out my thermostat got zapped. He didn’t try any shady sales pitches or unnecessary repairs. He was honest, professional, and quick. Highly recommend.

First time I've used this company but definitely won't be the last. Very professional, reasonable priced, friendly and came out very quickly. It was the day after Christmas and on a Saturday and didn't charge any extra for a holiday weekend. I will definitely not hesitate to call him again.

I will never be able to thank David enough. This Company came out & repaired my AC that was blowing hot air & I was very happy. The next night my AC started doing the same thing. It was a Sat night & he called back. During the 15 min it took for David to call back I left an angry Facebook review. David came back on Sunday & found the new issues & repaired them. He spent a long time in my hot attic. He also said there was no charge, he stands behind his work. He just wanted me to be happy. I want to remove my previous review but can't figure how to do it. So I want to apologize to David & Jacons Heating and Cooling. This company restored my faith.Thank you

Excellent service. You know when you meet someone if you can trust them and you will get a n immediate sense of David’s trustworthiness and integrity as soon as you meet him. An excellent technician and someone I will go out of my way to recommend.

I called Jacob's on a Sunday afternoon thinking if I was lucky he would come out first thing Monday. But David arrived within a couple of hours. He had my air up and running within an hour. He is very professional and actually came highly recommended by a neighbor and a friend of mine. He Will be the first call I make if I ever have any problems in the future.

Pleasant, respectful and very helpful! Being new to the area I didn't know who to call. I received many recommendations to call Jacob's. I'm very glad I took the advice! I had an emergency repair. I thought I was going to be buying a new unit but what I got was a lot of AC education and a new thermostat.
