Phenomenal is not a strong enough word to describe the experience I had with Absolute Air. Steve’s team was on time, quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They replaced the A/C unit and thermostat in my father’s house and by upgrading our system with them we not only have a great performing unit but, our electric bill went down as a result as well!!! I highly recommend Absolute Air for all of your HVAC needs!

Absolute Air is excellent! They have helped me with several properties. They’re always extremely responsive (so important in a Florida!), friendly, and their prices are great. I very highly recommend them.

They went out of their way to see if they could get my old carrier working. It was determined that since it was a proto type unit from 16 years ago that the warranty was out and it was on it's last leg. They came in and installed a Rheem unit and I love their guys and the Owners are excellent people of the community.

What an unexpected result to an otherwise annoying and stressful situation. From the courteous person that answered the phone to the proficient and skilled technicians that were dispatched to our home; the Absolute Air experience was excellent. The repairmen responded after completing other jobs and at the time of day when they should have been on the way home. They were knowledgeable, professional and had the best customer service attitudes I have seen in years. Thanks for having great employees like Phil and David.

They are always great when we call them and the answer our needs right away. The only people my husband and I would rely on for any of our AC needs. You feel like part of th family.

I called at 8:08 in the morning and had someone at my house an hour later! Dylan was professional, kind and honest. Our AC went out and within minutes Dylan had it working again. Have not used this company.. but listen to this.

I was driving on Oakley Blvd in heavy rain the other day, this company’s box truck sped up behind me, almost hit me. Continuing to drive like a maniac, he passed me, but at the Oakley/dayflower intersection where it’s known for flooding. His truck splashed my car with so much impact, that it covered my windshield completely for about 3-5 seconds, and caused me to hydroplane out of control, luckily everyone behind me saw this maniac, and saw that I had no choice but to slam on the brakes. My heart was pounding for several minutes after this. I followed them and saw the truck parked in Pasco Woods, and copied down the company name. This same truck was speeding through the school zone by Quail Hollow Elem on a school day, a couple months ago.

This person/company, is going to kill somebody one day, driving like this. Somebody who has no regard for life, especially children, does not warrant anyone’s business.

After this, and other maniacs who drive like this in the area, I will be buying a dash cam to record people like this, and hopefully get them off the road, so they can’t endanger innocent lives!

We have worked with Absolute Air for 3 years now and they are extremely professional and helpful. Steve is very responsive and gets things handled quickly. Mike is very knowledgeable and goes through every possible issue to solve the problem. Highly recommend.

Absolute Air Systems were fantastic. They treated us great. Jason came to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed our unit. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs! 5 stars
