Top notch service here! We learned of these guys from our friend Denver, and see why he uses them for everything! We replaced 2 air-conditioning units for our 2 story. They started at 830am and was able to kick on the 1st air-conditioner around 6ish that evening. They fixed so many things that were broken or depreciated, causing extra leaks. I woke up this morning freezing! Lol This company has dedicated workers to get you air as soon as possible! Thank you guys 🙏🫶

Contacted Custom Air after getting a different quote and not feeling right about it. Chris came out to see what my needs were and what needed to be done. The customer service and attention to detail has potentially saved us from possible future headaches we would have had with the other companies installation. Thankful we are doing business with Custom Air and installing new unit.

Awesome service! My 20 yr old system went out, called in to make an appointment and Kris came out the same day. We were treated like family! Eddie and Jay came out to replace our old system the next day. They went over the work to be done and answered all our questions. What an amazing installation! These 2 got after it and hustled until the job was done. I can't say enough about how professional these guys were. EXCELLENT JOB!! My family is very grateful for all your hard work today.

I recommend this company to anyone. They have provided excellent customer service, especially Chris, one of their HVAC Technician. He did our AC unit maintenance, installed a Clean Comfort Basic UV Light to the unit, and also cleaned our dryer ducts. We are delighted with the service. Chris is very detailed, organized, clean, and very professional. Thanks for the services provided. We will be calling again in the future.

If I could give this company and Kris, the HVAC tech that came out to our home, greater than 5 stars I would!!!

He sat with our family for a few hours until we were approved for an AC unit because our 25 year old unit went out.

He was very respectful, down to earth, and to say this man is patient is an understatement he deserves a gold medal for how long he sat with us to work out the process on receiving a new unit!

Also, since we haven't had to look for an AC replacement in over 25 years we made several calls to other companies and this company made sure to be here THE DAY WE CALLED! Everywhere else we would have waited days. And in this Florida heat that is just a big NO, and better yet they will be here tomorrow morning replacing the unit and everything else that needed the TLC its been lacking! Less than 24 hours it will all be ready and done with !

The A/C went out in my business late on a Monday evening, I called on my way home and someone from the company answered and was able to get me an appointment booked for the following day. Their team got a little backed up with service calls that morning, but rather than push my appointment back, one of the owners came out to take care of the issue himself. That speaks volumes to me about the company and how much they are willing to take care of their customers. After speaking with the owner, I have setup to have them come out every 6 months to do a regular inspection/maintenance to ensure my system keeps running without issue. Aaron was spot on with the price range I was needing compared to 4 other companies and worked out a great deal. Jay & Eddie did an excellent job on the installation. There were friendly, professional and made the removal/installation a great experience. They explained what/when they were doing certain items to make you feel at ease and how the process was going. Eddie spotted another area of concern and what made these guys stand out is their 100% transparent honesty. They were trying to add or just sell extra items. Overall the A/C system turned out looking excellent. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I have used Custom Air Conditioning for everything since they installed my new unit. Today I had Kris do the work at my house. The professionalism he showed was great. But the work he and his colleague did was amazing! Their clean up was perfect. This is a great company with great employees. Thank you Custom!

I called for AC maintenance and got a same day appointment for a diagnosis and estimate. The owner is great. Eddie and his partner showed the very next day to do the work on my AC. They were on time, worked hard and were extremely polite. Highly recommend!

Pricing was fabulous much lower than other quotes I received, techs were more than professional and friendly. They answered every question I had and let me know everything that they were doing. I had one question they weren’t sure of and they had their owner call me, which he did within 10 minutes of my question. Very hands-on owner. When it was all said and done after 12 hours of work putting two completely new systems in, they didn’t scramble and head for the hills, they stuck around and they walked me around the new units and educated me on them. They did great work the units look flawless and all the brass pipes and electrical work shows great attention to detail. They cleaned up all their work areas and there’s no evidence that they were here.
