Spectrum AC techs Tyler & Boston installed a brand new unit today at my home. They both were super professional, personable, respectful, clean, and took pride in their work. I will recommend Spectrum AC to all of my friends and family. I am beyond happy with the ac unit and install. I appreciate Tyler and Boston taking good care of my home & family, and appreciate Robby providing a great price and two great technicians.

I got back into town Tuesday evening and found out one of my AC units was not working. I quickly called spectrum and they were out within 15 minutes and had my AC back up and running in about 15 minutes as well. Robby Came out and did an excellent job. He advised me the AC unit was approximately 20 years old but was still working fine. I had nine people coming into town the next two days so I decided to let them replace it. They were out on Thursday and replaced the AC for an awesome price. Top-quality professionalism and service I would recommend them to anyone. Great job fellas thank you very much.

Unbelievable service and repair! The first repairman TJ fixed it and stayed after hours to be sure it was fixed! He double checked everything. Waited to see thermostat go down ! Very professional ! Took temps on roof and vents etc! Very thorough ! It was working great! About a half hour after he left it broke again. I called the after hours service and they called back within 5 minutes. Cody came out a bit later and did exploratory surgery and fixed the problem / he too was just as thorough as TJ ! Meticulous! These guys actually like what they do ! should have them change the name to AC docs ! Thanks to dr Cody my air is blowing great again! Thank you T J and Cody ! You are so appreciated by me and my family!

Boston was very professional and efficient. He identified exactly what needed to be updated with our unit and only recommended fixing that part. He responded quickly with timing and costs so we could make a decision. They delivered on what they intended to fix on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs AC services!

I'm so pleased with Spectrum. They came the same day I called to do an estimate for my frozen and warm AC. They proposed a new more efficient unit. The installation was 2 days later. On time, with drop cloth in hand they arrived at 9am. They explained what they were doing; removing existing frozen air handler, new vent cutout, replace rotten air handler shelf, installing new unit inside and outside, sanitizing ducts and a new thermostat. I also got UV sun protected wrap on outside pipes with my 10 year warranty. They fired up our new AC at 230 with the house at 82° ( and outside 91°) and 3 hours later it was already down to 72°.
What wonderful, professional, courteous and knowledgeable techs. And they cleaned up their mess and took the garbage with them.

Spectrum A/C is a must if you need a new unit/repair/yearly service. Tyler is a stellar technician. Spectrum is lucky to have him. Tyler goes above & beyond to diagnose and fix issues. He is very polite and knowledgeable. It’s obvious that he really likes what he does.

Our A/C went out late Sunday evening. Called for service for Monday. Service was scheduled between 1 pm and 3 pm. Service Technician arrived at 1:30. Evaluated the problem within 15 minutes. Explained the options to correct our problem. Took him 40 minutes to correct the problems we had. Cost was very reasonable. We have used this company for the past several years and have no complaints on their service and professionalism.

Spectrum AC did a great job installing a new system at our home. We decided to replace instead of repair a 10 year old unit. Our installer Antoni Graziano went above and beyond with his knowledge, hard work and expertise. All the people we dealt with in this company were professional, nice and truly cared about the customer. They were on time, efficient and charged a fair price for the job.
