Seeing your truck pull up was the best! Kyper was very patient and professional while working in a 92 degrees enclosed shop. He explained the issues and solutions and I totally understood the situation. He had all replacement parts on hand. The cost was very fair. Thank you so much!

Recently had Spectrum AC come out to clean my unit and run a diagnostic to figure out what was causing some issues with my ac. They were able to come out within a couple hours of me filling out their online request for service. Technician Ryan arrived promptly and immediately got to work. He explained the work he was doing, as well as what was causing some of the issues. He didn’t try to oversell me or convince me to do a bunch of unnecessary work. He was very thorough and honest, and he gave me a lot of helpful tips to keep my unit functioning properly. Really satisfied with the work Ryan did and with the overall customer experience. I definitely recommend Spectrum AC to anyone looking for an honest and diligent HVAC company.

I’m a snow bird and my AC unit was damaged by hurricane… Spectrum installed new one. Came back down several months later and found Freon at leaked out … called emergency line and they answered on a Saturday said she would send someone out within 2 hours … DJ arrived and got us cooled down while it was raining outside and unit was on the roof … then he came back the next morning to recheck his work due to the rain the night before…. This man and this company did what every person hopes a company would do when there’s a problem …. To me service after the sale is far more important than the initial price ….do yourself a favor and consider these people on your next purchase

Just bought a condo and had Spectrum come out to service/check the A/C. They sent Kuper. He called ahead, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Great technician, great young man, great representative of his company. I’d highly recommend them and I’ll be using them for all my AC needs!

Last Friday, I had the good fortune to be referred to Spectrum A/C LLC for an A/C installation as my old system stopped working. What made this a dire situation was my elderly tenant has health issues, and the install had to made as soon as possible. Spectrum's supervising manager, Boston, understood this urgency, and immediately scheduled the install the next day on a Saturday morning at 8am. Technicians Jorge and Austin arrived at 8am and worked non-stop to complete the install to ensured the A/C unit was functioning properly before leaving. Jorge and Austin were very professional and courteous, and cleaned up the before leaving. If you are looking for a dependable and cost efficient A/C company, you definitely will not go wrong by selecting Spectrum A/C LLC.

Spectrum AC has worked on both ac repairs at one property and annual AC maintenance at another property I own. I always ask for Tyler because he’s very experienced, knowledgeable and a pleasure as a service agent. Spectrum’s company standards are top notch and they don’t repair or fix things that you don’t actually need. Fair and honest. After using them for my AC needs for a year and a half now, I can honestly say, in my opinion, compared to other experiences I have had with “rip off” companies, that you can’t go wrong with Spectrum.

Beautiful install of a package unit with a curb on the roof of our warehouse. I have met a few good AC companies recently, but really glad we choose to use Spectrum for this project.
