Spectrum AC is the "Bomb" ! Our Sound church office staff called about mid morning and Jason the technician showed up about a hour later at the office. He quickly troubleshooted the problem and had it repaired in under an hour. Very professional, very timely, and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Thank you to Robby's crew at Spectrum AC; and especially to Jason the technician too. You will not be sorry if you choose Spectrum AC to service you residential or commercial needs.

Spectrum installed two dehumidifiers in my home recently and it has been a game changer. Electric bill has consistently gone down and humidity levels have been on point. Service manager John personally came to my house to dial in the units and the owner Rob kept in contact with me to insure satisfaction. Great company, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Most honest, genuine and sincere guys around!! Ron came out , I was having issues with my air . He shows up on time , I was actually late getting home and he waited 30 minutes for me to arrive and still had an amazing attitude when I arrived. He resolved the issue in no time at all and had my ac back up and running within an hour . Very nice and professional and had an amazing attitude the entire time ! Definitely use again

Spectrum was actually able to come a day earlier than we had scheduled, which was appreciated. Arrived promptly, removed the existing condenser and air handler, and had the new system running within a couple of hours with no drama. Well done!

This company is great! I love Robbie’s enthusiasm and professionalism. After contacting a few other companies, i was growing frustrated because people either wouldn’t call me back or i would be told that there were stock issues. Instead of excuses, Robbie came up with solutions. We love our new AC! It freezes us out. The service techs were very professional and got the job done. One poor guys was at our house for over 12 hours late on a Friday. Great work Spectrum! Thank you.

I never leave reviews however Robby and the team are definitely noteworthy! I called Spectrum after 6 PM on a SUNDAY night to repair my AC unit that went out and Robby let me know his team is on it and he’ll have a technician to my property in 30 minutes. Like clockwork, Joe pulls in, introduced himself and went right to work. He went through my whole system meticulously and was completely honest with letting me know all I needed was Freon….Joe got it right done and I’m back in the AC writing this review. Not many buisness’s have integrity like these guys anymore. Wish more companies would follow suit with the professionalism. You guys earned this one!

I was referred to Spectrum A/C LLC by a very good friend of mine. I had received a few estimates and Spectrum was by far the best price. Fast turn around, super clean and the techs were very professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. My house is cool again. I am extremely happy. The team was excellent, efficient, polite, and worked very hard on our project. And it was a difficult one. Kevin Sheppard, Boston, and Antonio were very much on top of things and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned and mopped the area around the A/C unit when they finished with the installation of the new unit. I also received multiple follow-up calls to make sure that the system was still running properly - even from the owner of the company. Nice job everyone!!!
If you need any type of A/C work, this is the company to call.

I've hired Spectrum AC on two occasions, and both times I was extremely happy with the result. The first time was to help diagnose and correct condensation issues on my AC ducts, which were causing water spots in my ceilings. The spots are gone and have not appeared since.

The second time was to work on a mini split AC system that came with my house. They found that it was full of mold and recommended I install a new system. The new system is fantastic, it is much colder and obviously mold free. Joe and Mike, who installed the system, even showed me parts of the old systems that likely contributed to the mold build up.

Very happy with the service, will call again when I need AC help. They do good work
