We needed our unit moved on the Roof, due to a repair. Spectrum AC was professional. Responsive, and priced fairly for the job. They worked with the roof vendor to coordinate a smooth transition, so we did not have to go without AC for too long. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, or to use them again in the future. We are waiting for the final installation of a new dog house, which was suggested to replace. They did not hesitate to explain scope of work, in great detail, answer any questions.

Jonathan was very professional via phone, communication of knowing who to expect (technician picture embedded in text), communication of time expected on arrival. Window time of service was great, inspection was performed with turn around time for report to troubleshoot moving forward was great! Reputation of owner is rumored to be honest, fair in community for reasons I chose to reach out to this AC company.

Dan and Joe were immediately responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Our HVAC issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Joe and Austin came to inspect and do emergency repairs to HVAC systems in our complex. These 2 gentlemen were outstanding, very professional, personable, and very knowledgable on the repair service they were doing. I would definitely use or recommend Spectrum AC for future AC needs. I am sure all their techs are great, but if you are lucky enough to get Joe and/or Austin you are in good hands.
