From first contact with Spectrum they were professional.The Lead Technician Jonathon, recommended replacing a much older unit. The team from Spectrum did an excellent job installing the unit. They were knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. Highly recommend them.

A pleasure to work with this business! Kuper was our tech and he was amazing . Very knowledgeable about air purifying systems. He installed an air scrubber at a great price. And everything was done so quickly. Very impressed!

Spectrum recently replaced 25 of the 60 AC units at my condo building. They worked clean, communicated great, and took time to explain details. I'd recommend them for both large and small scale projects. Boston and Cameron's excellent communication made the entire project a breeze. John and Robbie were super responsive to my questions. Buck came out after-hours when a minor issue arose and worked in the dark to keep us cool. They stayed late when needed, they showed up every day they were scheduled; this is a rarity for South Florida contractors. They worked through the July summer heat without complaint. They responded timely to every email and call. They did a punch list at the end of the job and spent extra time to make sure everything was labelled and perfect. They even wore shoe coverings indoors. Highly recommend for small and especially large jobs.

This is the best company I have ever experienced. They provided exceptional customer service and professionalism. Tyler went out of his way to ensure that the air conditioning was working properly. Despite any barriers they came across, they addressed everything in all the best ways. The owner Robbie communicated with me directly to inform me of what was happening and was extremely supportive. Kuper from Spectrum was my
technician. He was great! Super knowledgeable and efficient. I asked him about the fact that I had a lot of dust in my home and he told me about a new air purification system which can be installed in my existing system. I had it installed and look forward to less dust!
I’ve had great service since hiring Spectrum 2 years ago for an entirely new HVAC system. The annual maintenance plan saves me money and pre-pays 2 maintenance visits per year. I’m from Minnesota and didn’t realize until I came to FL that maintenance (at least on the A/C) is absolutely imperative here due to the weather. I’ve actually met about 4 of their employees and they’re all good. They must be trained well. And they also are polite and friendly. Great company!

Tony and Joseph came out today and did a great job installing our new unit for Spectrum A/C. They were quick and efficient and they cleaned up when they were finished. You can tell this company definitely pays attention to detail. We will use them in the future and recommend their business!
