TJ was punctual, friendly, professional and well spoken. He explained what he did and had our AC working quickly. Thank you TJ and Spectrum for addressing our non-working AC unit so quickly. My husband has serious medical issues that require a well functioning AC system.

Installation/replacement of air handler.
We needed to do something about our air conditioning as it was freezing up every so often, but I was looking for a company whose owner had to be a Christian and by chance I found Spectrum AC. I was tired of being lied about, regarding our air conditioning problem, therefore I knew that someone who was a born again Christian wasn't going to lie to us because as Christians we have the fear of God in our hearts, so I knew I could trust Spectrum AC, especially since Robby the owner has such an amazing and powerful testimony, I knew I could trust his company with my eyes closed, and needless to say, they did an amazing job with a wonderful brand name unit and in less than 5 hours we had our new air handler installed even though we have to have that unit in the attic which is more difficult to work with, and now everything is working wonderfully and thank God we don't have to worry about the AC freezing up anymore. Thank you Robby for accepting working on our AC even though we live in Miami. And thank you Alisha for helping me out so much, you were the bridge that took me to the other side. Thank you Kuper for all the help you provided, and thanks to John who also gave us great help and of course, thanks to Carlos who made such great installation and had our air running and cooling in less than 5 hours. Robbie, came out and was very professional, fixed my a/c problem and cleaned up after himself! I like that he was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions and explain if I didn't understand. Kudos Spectrum.

I called a few companies. Spectrum was the first one to respond and then the first want to show up. I gave them the work from the minute the first gentleman name Boston came. I knew I had picked the right company a couple days later the work was being performed by a gentleman and Michael and a gentleman and Jonathon, both professional and courteous and efficient. The work has been completed to my satisfaction, and I highly recommend the use of this company.

We had a Mitsubishi split AC unit installed. Spectrum employee COOPER was great to work with! If I still owned my business I would try to hire him! He was very thorough and came to check on job after completion. Great job!!! Thank you
