We were happy customers of DenAir for many years now. Appointments are easy to schedule, and service reliable. When our air conditioner broke on Sunday in the middle of a very hot summer, the DenAir technician was at our condo within two hours. You can't get a better response than that. For many years now, we renew our annual service agreement just for the reasons stated above.

This company came ($69 service charge) for a problem of water collecting in a drain pan that was overflowing and causing damage to the wood flooring in my home. The Den-air repairman blamed this on a faulty water heater. The water heater was replaced at $650 and the problem persisted. Den-air was called out again because the drain pan continued to overflow after the new water heater had been installed. The Den-air repairman FIDDLED with the drainpipe from the ac unit and again insisted it was a plumbing problem. The water drainage then BECAME WORSE because the Den-air repairman had BROKEN the connection to the drain pan for which Den-air charged $560 to replace the drain pan after charging an additional service charge to come the second time.
Long story short - the water problem PERSISTED after spending over $1400 with Den-air and the plumber!!!
A friend of mine spent 10 minutes snaking and digging out dirt from the CLOGGED drainpipe OUTSIDE - PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!! AMAZING that Den-air couldn't figure that out BEFORE it cost $1400 for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They did get two weeks of my frustration along with the money though. I guess THEY'RE satisfied!
Rather than clean out the outside drain pipe they did want to charge $1200 to re-route it through the roof to the outside.
How SATISFIED will you be?!?!?!?!?!?!?
