i called big air mech and they responded on time repair my air conditioner on or about 2-3 days latter the air stopped working ,The Owner went to ft meyers on a saturday picked up a new unit and installed it on SUNDAY wowwhat a company The two men came on a sunday at 8am and completed the job by 1pm they were GREAT thanks for a great tech john
