Our AC always struggled to keep our house cool, but I only called Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air after a horrendously high electrical bill. Brian seemed very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. Apparently the last company to service our machine did not add enough refrigerant. It's been about half a week since Brian fixed the AC and it has never worked as well. I plan on calling them for preventative maintenance before next summer.

I just had my first experience with Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air. Brian arrived right on time and spent hours, as I had anticipated, doing all of his work. At the conclusion of his visit, Brian gave me a complete summary of my system’s health and some suggestions for minimizing HVAC usage, especially in the hot months ahead.
