They were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They explained everything to me, even though I barely knew anything about furnaces. They fixed my old furnace and even gave me some tips on how to keep it running smoothly for years to come! I now have a new furnace that is working great!

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They even called me to let me know the status of my system, which was very nice.

If there is a service I would go for the same provider is HVAC by Tophat Heating & Cooling company. These guys are extremely amazing and you wouldn’t think twice to contact any other for the same. I searched widely through the internet and even inquired from people, all I could get was that Tophat was the best out of the many companies. True to that, I got my personal experience as well and I must say they are truly professional to their job. My A/C is now two months old, functioning very well and am glad I got to be engaged with them. Thank you for the good job guys.

Last week I had a great experience with Tophat Heating & Cooling. They came out quickly and resolved the problem with our heater after different companies failed to rectify the problem. Tophat Heating & Cooling solved the puzzle and fixed the problem permanently. Definitely recommend these guys!

I had some problems with my furnace. It would randomly shut down and requires manual resets. I also had some problems with the radiant heating in one of my rooms. Patrick came to inspect the issue and was able to quickly identify the problems. He also did a routine service in addition to the diagnosis. He was courteous, professional, and very helpful.

The level of expertise demonstrated during the initial fact finding meeting was superb. The Price was very reasonable for the proposed equipment. Once they arrive they technicians were very knowledgeable, clean and above all very respectful of our privacy. Had a great experience! Patrick showed up on time, listened to my issues, checked the system, and then clarified what he found. He gave me an estimate, which I agreed too, then picked up the part that evening. He returned the next morning to install the part and was done in a couple of hours. Amazing!!
