Big Air Mechanical

All I can say is top notch. Justin and his team check all the boxes when it comes to service, selection, installation, professionalism and here in Florida... being on time and delivering what you're promised. AC failed and Big Air was at my house the same day to diagnose the issue and the next day to install new hardware. First rate experience and would highly recommend their services to anyone here in south Florida. Keep doing great things Big Air.

Our technician (Golden) was on time, polite, professional and explained everything very well. He shared photos of the condition of our system along with accurate quotes to improve the long-term performance of our AC system. We will be utilizing Big Air Mechanical again!

This is the worst company to do business with. Had a new AC unit installed less than two years ago by Big Air Mechanical. The AC unit stopped working so I contacted Big Air and requested that a technician come out to see why it wasn't working. The Technician arrived and after inspection he informed me that the fan motor was defective and it needed to be replaced. I Informed the technician that I have a warranty on the unit that cover part's. He says that's fine he will contact the office to get a replacement fan.
The following day I received a call from the office informing me that they are unable to locate a replacement fan motor for me and they could not provide a timeline when they could get one. I question whether it would take a month 6 month or a year. The lady informed me that she had no idea and it could be a year or more. I found that very hard to believe and asked what else could be done. The lady informed me that they can get an after market fan motor however I would have to pay for it and the cost of labour which is $1500.00 and no warranty would be provided. I question what about my warranty ? She had no answer for me and refused to help unless I was willing to go with her recommendations. I bluntly refused. This company is basically asking me to pay for something that's covered under my warranty. I found this company to very dishonest and unprofessional. Stay away from this company and go with one that's accredited with the Better Business Bureau and one that cares and will go above and beyond to take of their customers without trying to rip them off.

Not a big reviewer but was very pleased with the service I received. Install team was very professional. The young lady I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I will defiantly continue to use the company for my business and have recommended to another fellow business owner. Thank you!

It is very rare for me to write a business review but I was so amazed by the service from Big Air Mechanical that I am motivated to write this. They were very prompt and courteous on the telephone, immediately understood the system that I needed replaced, and gave me different brand options.
THEY DID NOT RIP ME OFF ON THE PRICE!!!!!!!! (As has been my experience with other contractors in this industry). "My guy," from another company wanted 40% more for a system with a lower SEER rating. Another quote was even higher than that! I know how much the components cost retail, and how long the job should take. The price from BAM was right in line for doing this job, and at a price that I paid with gratitude.
They did the removal and installation the very next day. By all means this will be the only company I use going forward, and you should too.

Great company! When our ac died in the middle of summer, they worked their butts off to replace the handler and fan in one of the hottest days. Just recently a we had a short because we did not follow their advice and replace the thermostat. But nonetheless I called them around 1PM on a friday and they came and had it working again by2pm. Their Tech Dustin was very informative and respectful! I wish more local businesses would hire able body people like him. He did an outstanding job and deserves praise and a raise! Will recommend this company to everyone!

The 2 service men who came to our apartment, Justin K and his brother were professional, quick, clean and most importantly expert in their work. We are very pleased and will recommend that your services be used in our condo building. The price was fair for the work completed which was done quickly and very cleanly.

Jon Zdeb was the tech who came to my home along with Justin. Great guys. I was really impressed with their service. They diagnosed my condition and repaired it, even though it was an old system. They were efficient and quick and thorough. I was also impressed with the the fact that they kept me informed at all stages AND they sent me an email with picture of the tech coming to my home. Very safe.

Installed 2 new a/c units in our home in September and were excellent. Extremely professional. I was removing our hurricane shutters while they did the install as the team asked me multiple times if they could help me. We had a problem with one of the air handlers 6 months later on a Saturday night & they showed up in less than 2 hours to fix a loose wire (that we may have bumped into). Amazing customer service.

I would not hesitate calling BAM for any of your air conditioning needs. They came out the very next day and installed a whole new system. Dustin and Jonathan were great. The owner, Ward is phenomenal. He will do whatever it takes to make you happy and keep you as a customer. Thank you Ward and your amazing team for cooling my house!
