Big Air Mechanical

This was our first time using BAM. They just installed two mini splits for us. They were prompt, courteous,and did great work. The units worked better than anticipated. The technicians, Dustin and Johnathon, took pride in their work. The owner, Ward, went above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs and gave us a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them for any future needs.

My tenant had a bad odor in the home and when I called Ward he made every effort to help me by squeezing me in while giving me reasonable expectations. His employees were very professional and did a great job. They followed up with me right after leaving and made me aware of future issues without make me feel pressured to buy anything. Not to mention the price was much better than the other three people I looked into.

We had a regular service today. The tech John Villano was excellent. He took the time to show us the important things to watch with the airy bit maintenance. He was a perfect gentleman and actually refused a tip when offered to him. I was very impressed-he is an excellent example of what a professional service person should be. Thank you!

After going three weeks back and forth with another company BAM was able to come out, assess the problem, and install a completely new system within the week. So it is Saturday afternoon outside temperature 98 deg. My A/C gives out, No A/C companies are answering the phone. A friend of mine says call
Big AIR Mechanical, And I do MR. Ward Answers the phone, and sends a mechanic within a half hour, he was a professional and saved the day. I now have him on my speed dial BAM. was the best service I ever had in years, PS. great prices, great work, very clean .

Dustin just finished installing a mini split on our condo. We were amazed at his and Brads professional skills. They certainly were very knowledgeable and efficient and made sure we were familiar with how it works. Certainly men of integrity.

Our AC stopped cooling last week and when we called Advance Residential Air they had a technician over to our house within 30 min of our call. The technician got the AC cooling for the night but it was clear that our 23 year old “miracle” unit needed to finally be replaced. Advance Residential Air matched us with a great new unit that fit our needs and had it installed within 3 days. We were made whole and back to cool again in record time. The technicians even cleaned up after themselves after installing our new AC. We have our appointment this week to make sure everything is working to code and ready for inspection. I can confirm right now that our home is definitely cool and we are very grateful for the prompt and professional service of Advance Residential Air. Jonathan Zdeb with Big Air Mechanical HVAC was very professional and just had a terrific personality as well. He did such good job and worked so hard to fit the big air conditioner into a small closet. I don't see how he did it and was so efficient and patient. He is definitely a great representative for his company Big Air Mechanical for HVAC systems. I would call BAM again and I would request him as well. A great experience overall with this company! Our Air Conditioner is working great!
